Why does it say this when I submit a question? I can see other peoples' questions. Is there a configuration option hiding somewhere?

When this has happened to me, it has been because my question has been considered to be outside the scope of what is permitted under the Q&A rules.

It means AC will look at your question and decide themselves whether or not it should be visible to other lenders, before or after responding.
This seems to be based on a variety of critera and entirely at their discretion.
