Wherever they stick it though, surely the real headline is the second line in the article:
"On Wednesday, the UK said it would unilaterally extend grace periods for Irish Sea border checks, a move the EU said was a breach of international law."
Not what they've actually used:
"The EU is "negotiating with a partner it simply can't trust" in post-Brexit talks, Ireland's foreign minister has said."
Which sounds like a woolly piece of non-story.

It may be because I'm in Spain. To be fair, doesn't seem hugely prominent on the Guardian either - though again, same caveat. Not that I particularly want to read about it either to be honest as it's probably nearly as much fiction and half truths as the Royals nonsense

It may be because I'm in Spain. Lucky you, it's bloody freezing over here at the moment!

If it makes you feel any better, I'll shortly be flying back and forking out for a noseful of tests both pre and post arrival and locking myself indoors for 10 days, as I'm rapidly running out of Schengen days. Still, plenty of sovereignty over there to keep me glowing warmly inside I'm sure.

I don't think it is weird although you're on the right track. I doubt very much that everyone gets the same configuration of the website. As has been mentioned regions/countries might make a difference. Also it may well present N layouts so they can measure which layout is more popular or leads to different clicking behaviours. It also changes over time. Very common on large websites. They may also use their tracking cookies for different reasons. I don't get that story on the front page either at the time I just checked.

My local corner shop has decided to up the prices it charges for the plonk it sells, because Brexit. I buy a Merlot from there for emergency glugging requirements.
It's from Australia.
I mean it is gut rot, so I'll improve at buying better and cheaper wine from the supermarket, but...

I mean it is gut rot, so I'll improve at buying better and cheaper wine from the supermarket, but... They're all at it, jumping on the Covid/Brexit bandwagon to hike prices. My private health insurance has just hiked by 8x inflation, citing extra cleaning in the operating theatre due to Covid (gulp, wasn't it clean before Covid?). They carefully avoid mentioning the fewer operations that will be conducted per day as a result of this increased cleaning activity, nor the offsetting savings on surgeons', etc, fees, nor the consequent queue build up. I feel like they're demanding more money for a lesser service! I very much doubt any staff are being asked to work additional hours per day, so where are these "additional costs" arising that need 8x inflation to cover? This newly discovered Covid/Brexit motherlode will be tapped far and wide for some while yet I suspect.

I rather suspect that's more to do with Biden being a sensible grown-up, than Brexit. Y'know, what with the minor detail that they've suspended them with the EU, too... www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-56296499

And from the Associate Editor of the Telegraph. Who'd a thunk it? I've just realised that my preferred car parts supplier seems to have pulled out of the UK. www.mister-auto.co.uk/They're a French-based outfit, and their main site - www.mister-auto.fr/ - is still operating just fine. They're not a small outfit, either - they were bought by PSA in 2015, so are now part of Stellantis, the fourth-largest automotive group worldwide.

And from the Associate Editor of the Telegraph. Who'd a thunk it? I'll make a stab at an answer to his final question: Brexit ? Just a guess but.....
