For anyone who does miss out there are chunks of the earlier loan on the ASMX for only a small premium over par.

Impressive. I had only a few hundred for this one, after a large chunk in the last one, and checked in after 4 pm. Nearly missed it! Hope you kept a bit back for the promised 'new borrower' loan which must surely be due next week.

Yeah right! yes I have £19 left sitting in the pot but somehow I think there will be a good few payouts before the unicorn loan(s) surface! LW

I think I can just hear a knocking.

I'm surrounded by sceptics. I will seek out the e-parchment later dust of the cobwebs and check but I am sure it was along the following lines.. And behold soon many loans will come some familiar and some unknown to thee. It may well be her ladyships, Donkey with an ice cream cone sellotaped to its forehead (or whatever donkeys call that bit of themselves) but Unicorn enough for the likes of us.

If they really are unicorns (as for example we have all seen in Despicable Me 3) then they may have been seduced away by specialist companies, such as Unicorn Finance, who provide Unicorn Loans. www.freeindex.co.uk/profile(unicorn-finance)_476023.htm . Though I am not sure whether they lend to unicorns, or actually lend out unicorns. I would recommend Ablrate, because while you are waiting and watching for the tip of the single horn to emerge from the Ablrate pipeline exit, you know your cash is safe.

What's the logic in bidding on 151 today at 100.5%, while at the same time 149 was offering 100.2%.

It looks like another tranche is on the way, although I'd far rather have repayment of the container loan, and the aircraft parts loan, and the elderly freight aircraft that can't be inspected loan, plus those mentioned in the last update that really should have regularised by now.

I'd like to have more detail into what is actually being spent before i invest anymore - is work really being completed at this rate in these covid times?

I am disappointed to see yet another loan for the same development. It would have been terrific if we'd had a launch from a new borrower, as there is a lack of diversity on Ablrate. In terms of the chance of this project completing any time before about 2027, it's highly unlikely. The majority of projects of this nature in this country end up taking years beyond the target dates to come to fruition or they end up never completing. There are too many examples to mention, but for instance, the " London Resort" has been endlessly hyped up since the early 2010s that it's going to be imminently built and launched and, to this day, not a single brick has been put in place. After a hundred missed target open days, now they are proposing it will be 2024.

Good, I've missed the last one, by the time I remembered it was gone. It's risky, only one repayment has been made so far, but I still have some room left for the risk with this borrower. I was cautious and stingy for the first and second tranches. I'm in "Bulgarian" aircraft too, but I believe ABL was (and still is) doing everything possible to get it flying... Can't have 10%-15% loan portfolio and not expect some of the loans to be in trouble.

Whilst pondering the best way to alter the thread heading the fairly obvious gap made me think there may be one hiding in the pipeline in the hope this one runs away on Friday.
(This space reserved for pointing out I was right or discretely deleting)
Edit. to make it easier...... anybody seen 153?

@village_Idiot
Any chance of editing the title to include 154?

Doing it in bits seems to work fine. It's been an ongoing wish of investors to have more borrowers on Ablrate, but at the same time everyone seems to agree on the quality vs quantity especially at such hight rates... Plenty of opportunity to diversify on AC at half a rate.
