• Borrower Sector: Property / Leisure
• Loan Tranche Amount: £1,000,000.
• Term: 48 months (12 months minimum term).
• Rate: 15% - Amortising.
• Security: Second Ranking Legal Charges, Company Debentures, Corporate Guarantees, Personal Guarantee.
Loan 137 to be repaid from this. (debate currently going on about rollover?)
Currently the queen is in the middle, I will just shuffle the three cards around a bit, then you tell me where she is.

Can't see this one lasting 7 months, especially when everyone knows 137s £450k being paid back at the end of it.
137 SM trying to sell off.
15% nice, but will the security be reasonable. ?

Pretty sure all the available security is already in play, so logically its improved value of the development mostly. Could actually make 7 months look quick, depending on events.

Without reading the documents, the question is whether risk/return ratio is appropriate for one's appetite. I'll probably be happy to slightly increase my stake in this loan/borrower. It seems those trying to sell are trading at par (99.91% is almost at par). Given the size of this new loan, I think it will take a while to fill.

I would assume one way or another it will need to be capped at 100% once this one is live (arguably when it was announced really). Few very optimistic dividends at the moment.

ablrate. I'd certainly make use of a rollover as I have more in 137 than I have free cash to put into 149. How about it ABL? LW

Trading in 137 has been paused. The most appropriate action would appear to be to cap trading at par, but does ASMX have this facility?

137 has repaid so you've got your rollover if you want it.

Excellent result for those who want to rollover How was it repaid - or was it not used at all and if not why not?

Excellent result for those who want to rollover How was it repaid - or was it not used at all and if not why not? The whole loan was just repaid into our accounts to do with as we please. I obviously put it all back into 149. Oh, just noticed an email update with more details:- "The loan settlement occurred within the minimum loan period so I can confirm that lenders in the loan received their outstanding capital as well as the interest due up to and including the April 2021 payment."

It was paid as part of an underwriting deal on the loan.
