We were spooked by an article in The Times at the start of the year and took around £90k out in January. The remaining bit (less than £10k) was requested mid March and all but £300 has been received.
Family members opened accounts in August 2019 with £1k each in the 1Y market (at my suggestion). They received the £100 bonus but by then, their money had been re-lent so I expected it to be next July/August before tip they’d be able to get their money back. Pleased to say that the 1Y loan(s) repaid early and they are now out.

I'd have been very pleased too I think with that kind of money mind you I think I would have been sweating slightly more than we did whilst waiting for the RYI to complete too!. Now all you have to do is find a safe haven for that kind of fund that delivers a reasonable return as well.

Bit of a risk looking at the performance over the years one would have to time it right I guess. If I had the spare money to risk it then i'd probably look at stocks but to be honest at my age i'm looking closer to home and more risk averse than I was when I was not relying on funds to feed my retirement. That said they are also quite expensive too, should have been in in the mid 80's perhaps. I have a fair few BT stocks from my employment days and cheapo issues and was using the divi as top up funds - sadly they pulled the divi so am waiting for it to lift up and sell or better option is to just wait for the divi to start albeit probably quite a discount on the original divi before it was pulled. Probably not a big enough player for new stocks now I feel. I also feel it may be a bit of a bumpy ride over the coming months too.

RS has been a good home for my money - over the last years I have had more than that on the platform and my total interest earned is just shy of 6 figures- but you are right I was slightly nervous(read blooming terrified) throughout the withdrawal process and glad to have the cash safely under the mattress. I was a plonker with Wellesley and came very unstuck there losing a significant sum. My only sizeable exposure now is to Assetz where I have a couple of hundred k , and am delighted to see the discount for selling reducing almost by the day. I am likely to greatly increase my exposure to UK equities in the New Year, from a global perspective they look cheap- and IF a Brexit deal can indeed be signed then I would expect a market rally .

Circa 60k.
Made over 16k profit over the years. My best performing p2p platform - though I had the most money in RS for the longest time.
Very pleased!

£400,000 back, still £90,000 waiting. Made over £100,000 in interest. In my opinion one of the best p2p.

bet you are glad (like me) that you never put such a sum into one of the many P2P companies that have gone pectorals up!
Yes RS have dealt with the queue much better than I thought and I guess we were lucky they were taken over
