Nameing & Shaming dude (Make sure you use the code, not the full name )Most recent update is... "Sale ongoing, servicing addressed"; so I doubt this will be repaid anytime soon. Ooops PBL019 thanks I think I understand why you think that this is due to be repaid; because the remaining time is 1 day? The indicated "Remaining Time" should be taken with a pinch of salt; it should mean the remaining time interest has been paid (although that in itself is up for debate on some loans). It doesn't mean that the loan will be repaid when the counter reaches 0.

Yeah I know the count down doesn't mean much, was a question to see if I had missed it getting an extension or something. Thanks for the quick reply.

It's due to repay very soon, and has been for several months... All the updates SS issue are compiled in this thread: p2pindependentforum.com/post/47560/thread

Update just gone on site "Expecting repayment first week of June." In fact they seem to be running through all the loans updating at the moment. Hopefully we'll get an email when they are done too.

Payment delays here are not a problem given the recent SS update, LTV at current levels of interest is around 40% LTV, making this one of the safest loans on SS.
'The hotel in Dover - there are actually 2 buyers trying to win the contract race at over £1.1m purchase price, but all valuers, lawyers, bank credit committees and accountants (to verify hotel income) have all variously been on holiday for the past 2 months. Getting anything done is soul crushingly frustrating. The security is absolutely fine, the demand for the property is astronomical, but getting all the myriad professionals to complete on the deal is generally where things get caught up and our initial repayment dates get pushed back.'

When professionalism slips slightly, a glimpse of reality comes through... A tad cynical. It wasn't intended as such. For a change... I'm sure it is "soul-crushingly frustrating" dealing with the shenanigans that appear to be going on and, imho, it actually gives that insight into what lies behind so many of the bland platitudes in the updates that never quite appear to happen.

I agree.

Gutted IMHO one of the safer loans has just repaid just ahead of a weekend, on a day with a cancelled loan and a bare SM.

Plenty of farmland and a house that needs a slight bulldoze in places for sale

Anyone know if withdrawals are processed on Saturdays...? They are (early in the morning). Last couple of times I've requested withdrawals on Friday I've not received them until Mon... so a more accurate answer would probably be "sometimes"
