VR dated 18th Nov has now been added for N***** Retail. Bedtime reading for tonight sorted! Looks like the FLR will follow soon. ....... Will we get the usual Thursday email announcing the loan availability on Friday (tomorrow)? We'll soon find out.... ........ A week later than I expected: in a note with the announcement today that the S*** Care Home loan had drawn down, Proplend indicated that the N*** Retail loan would open "later this week".

I wonder how the Peacocks administration is going to impact this loan. Surely without knowing more about the Peacocks admin, you would'nt invest in this property for now!

The Peacocks lease payment in full is held in an escrow account which has no adverse impact on the loan.

Once Proplend's fee is taken into account you can get a better rate with first charge security from CrowdProperty. That's one of the reasons why I gave it a miss.

Yes, not the best rate for tranche B but i think it's ok for a 3 year term with the interest rate cover and security on offer. I have also not invested myself but possibly may take the minimum slice of tranche B.

Very true, institutional investors likely to fill the gap.
