Proposal is in "Pipeline Loans" estimated to draw 14/12/2020
The Borrower's proposal first appeared back in May2019
The CR was written 17/02/2020 and I guess is awaiting a partial re-write as the title now includes "... Nuneaton | Non CBILS (Top Slice Loan)" which must've been added recently(?) but with no explanation of "top slice" in the CR. I think other details need tidying up too.
I wondering if this is a loan that started off as an "Upcoming Loan" or "Pipeline Loan" then CV19 hit and circumstances changed so there was no chance of retail Lenders filling; it moved over entirely to CBILS to get the Dev started but now the latter funding (and thus smaller) is proposed to come from us retail.
Lender rate 8% pa Risk Cat. Med High
Or do I have the wrong end of the stick.

My sportsman’s bet is on you having the wrong end of the stick. Little stacks up logically about this. But then again applying logic to AC is not logical in itself. So expecting some news from AC before year end...
Something only the lines of all new loans will have institutional slices and P2P retail slices. Yummy cake.
Just depends who gets the cherry.

My understanding of "top slice" is really to do with how payments are funded, i.e. some comes from the project itself and some from the Borrowers others other income. I can't see any mention of this.

I'm making an informed guess, might be way off the mark, but I believe AC want to keep that insitutional funding and associated fees flowing.
