Ace has pointed out that the new project availability has slowed down to about 2 per week.
Richmond, Marske gave only 5.46% allocation. Expected 7-8% allocation so well below trend, perhaps because it was 8% interest and the last phase. Chorley if on trend will be 8-10% allocation. It is also a last phase, and if as popular as Richmond, only 6-8% allocation.

Chorley
Expected Practical Completion for this 18 apartment project is June
Current progress. Steel frame and partitions nearing completion. Roof due to be complete by mid March.
That suggests extremely rapid progress to achieve June.

Indeed, it does look ambitious. Though the inspection was from 3rd Feb, so almost 5 months to end of June. There's some leeway till Feb 2022 when the loan is due to finish, and 10 or 11 sales of the 18 apartments should suffice to repay the loan. Also, CP are hot on applying an extra 2% interest when the loan is past it's agreed completion date, so that should concentrate the developers mind. I'd be happy to be earning 10% on any unpaid finds until the loan completes.

Chorley 7.78%
I did manage to get some manually, but only by refreshing the browser at exactly 10am. Waiting for Pledge Now to arrive automatically is too slow.
On the evidence of Richmond and Chorley, there has been another move downwards on % allocated, and as Ace points out the frequency of new loans has decreased.

I waited until the page auto-refreshed, tried and failed to get £500.

The automatic update of the Pledge button has never worked for me (running chrome on android). I did inform CP about it ages ago, but don't think they believed me.
The automatic updating of the amount left and percent complete bar does work, but the Pledge button does not automatically appear. I've tried leaving it several minutes for several different loans where I didn't want to pledge and it never automatically updated.
Perhaps CP would sort it if more people informed them that it doesn't work.

Hope I'm not jinxing myself by saying this, but the pledge button has always worked for me and I've been fortunate and always got the amount I asked for.

I have succeeded only once and am thoroughly p****d off with it. At the current time I am at best standing still and possibly "dis-investing" by default and my available funds are going elsewhere.. I am pleased CP are doing well but would like a "fairer" allocation system.

I wish there was a SM. I could probably dispose of my portfolio in double quick time - possibly at a premium if they were allowed.

Talking about water towers (I'm sure you would have eventually)
I have a feeling this started life on FS, pretty sure I invested in it for a while also very likely to renew my interest here (currently invested).
Sometimes a project is just plain interesting and this is one, I would love it to be successful and have a long extended life. I don't see it being a problem (not to me anyway) but wonder how much profit is left in this for the couple developing it, half feel it must be a 'might break even' situation by now.
I only really mention this as I think it is the third 'roll over' in a short period of time and maybe you need to factor this in to your figures for added investment, probably only small amount of extra funding will be possible.

The pledge button always appears for me, but recently it has been too late. Can you share with us your broadband provider and speed, also the device and software (eg windows computer , android phone, iPhone, Apple laptop) and browser (chrome, safari etc.) you use to access Crowd Property.

Button appears and works for me, chrome ,Basic / old laptop, Bt dodgy wired, internet speed ?? depends on the other 10 houses being out and kids home schooling. My biggest issue is fat slow clumsy fingers. The pledge bar (over the last 3 loans that i watched it) dose seem to move up in 1/5ths for the first 30 seconds and pause at 99% for maybe 10 seconds, then FULL.

Always managed a manual pledge since I started investing in CP 2 years ago. Virgin Media, 200 mbs service, with a very low "ping", wired to a Lenovo laptop with Windows 10 using Firefox V86.
Occasionally use the latest MS Edge browser as well if I happen to be using for work purposes at the time.
What I tend todo (force of habit) is refresh the pledge page 15 seconds before the kickoff. The pledge button always activates for me.
