It would be better if the 'skip next project' on the auto-invest page was replaced with a 'skip this project' on each project page. That would allow better control if multiple projects were launched on the same day as you wouldn't have to login between loans. Other website problems :- The Loan Portfolio view should appear under all the SelfSelect, AutoInvest & Total views regardless of whether there is anything in it. At the moment the Total view doesn't show anything unless both SelfSelect & AutoInvest have investments. Clearly that is wrong as it doesn't show the loans you have. The Loan Portfolio should have the column ordering ability on all views. Currently it only works on the Total Portfolio view, this isn't useful combined with the bug above as it might not show anything. The ISA Total Portfolio view should also have the Interest Information. I'm not sure whether this is always missing or part of the above bug where you need to invest and SelfSelect and Autoinvest to have any details showing here. My ISA account only has AutoInvest transactions so nothing shows for Total Portfolio apart from the transactions. I completely agree that your fixes should be actioned. I was unaware of the first bug you mentioned probably because although I too only use autoinvest in my ISA account, I had previously rolled over a project from my standard account and it was put into ISA selfselect instead of autoinvest. I was annoyed at the time, didn't do anything about it, but perhaps the error has done me a favour because I can see my total portfolio and order it from dashboard view. Seeing my total portfolio is vital when deciding when and how to top up my investments especially now that small %s are being allocated. It often takes several phases before I'm at my desired investment in a project.

The main priority as far as I can see is to maintain and increase the deal flow while not diluting quality, nor reducing interest rates for borrowers.
CP advised me a while ago the way to get accurate information is to ONLY browse and download from Dashboard View.
Otherwise loans are missed.
I became impatient with waiting for CP site to change, so an Excel workbook to get round most of the issues mentioned. Mostly, all I have to do is download pledges and transactions and paste them in to the sheets and "Data Refresh".
In order to separate the info for Standard and ISA or Pensions, I use Excel Pivot table functionality to analyse the transactions.
I have requested that CP modify the site to allow automatic data update from the Data Refresh button in Excel.
EDIT ADDITION
Regarding Project Status all my loan messages were downloaded, one page at a time using copy and paste special into Excel so they are searchable.
Regarding new projects I have a sheet which forecasts the auto-invest amount for each new loan based on recent loan allocations.
The other project I might consider is downloading all the info for each loan to try and build a cross check on borrowers with multiple loans. CP appear to do a good job on that, but no harm checking if I can do it without too much work.

Talking about water towers (I'm sure you would have eventually) I have a feeling this started life on FS, pretty sure I invested in it for a while also very likely to renew my interest here (currently invested). Sometimes a project is just plain interesting and this is one, I would love it to be successful and have a long extended life. I don't see it being a problem (not to me anyway) but wonder how much profit is left in this for the couple developing it, half feel it must be a 'might break even' situation by now. I only really mention this as I think it is the third 'roll over' in a short period of time and maybe you need to factor this in to your figures for added investment, probably only small amount of extra funding will be possible. Thanks for the prompt Badly Drawn Stickman. I've posted a comment on the CP thread in DD Central.

The last two loans have nearly double the number of investors. % of Auto Pledge Ceiling allocated to loan has crashed down. It's a new world, hope all these new people know what they are doing.......... IMO, if P2P newbies have chosen CP then they either do know what they're doing or they've got very lucky. CP aren't perfect, but they're a standout platform for inexperienced investors to cut their teeth on despite the complicated UI. Let's hope enough new people complain about the UI. It's dreadful.

Question / query. Am i correct that there was 2 loans today ?. (11/3/2021) Is there a minimum balance that Auto invest wont work below? It appears i may have only got my min is the first, not the second loan. Assuming minimum investment in auto is £50 and balance is over this then it should work ??

According to the email sent to us all, the second loan was a top up following previous funding and legal delays, so many investors were allowed to withdraw, hence top up needed now legals ready. It was not set for auto-invest

Good luck getting allocations from Somo! I have no trouble getting allocations from Somo. It is a £5000 minimum invest per project and a good deal flow. The secondary market has phases of being pretty empty, but had quite a lot of activity during the worst of the COVID scare.

Nearest equivalent to CP is probably Kuflink. CapitalRise, SoMo, and HNW Lending are other property secured lending platforms that I'm happy with so far, though haven't been with them long. Blend are another possibility, but I've not tried them yet.

I think there was only one loan in funding today (W*stb*ry). Yes, Auto Invest generally has a £50 minimum. Though very occasionally smaller sums have been allocated.

Think i have my answer thanks (thought there was 2 "easily confused there days", only 1 explains why auto only did 1). Thankyou hive mind ! Leaves me a little bit to put towards another loan.
In my mind "not at its most reliable at present it seems " Capitol Rise is due another offering soon.

I also have no problem with allocations on Somo six figures so far and 8.9% return. Just a little Scary with so many eggs in a decreasing number of p2p options
