I have one loan left in 1Yr market due to repay in July. Interestingly (and usefully) the money all went into the Holding account rather than going back on the market (I had stupidly* left it at capital only at market rate). This is possibly a good thing as market rate now shows as 0.6% I think my total in Max has also reduced and not gone back onto that Market (but I don't have a record of what it was previously). The blog says "We have written to all 1 Year market investors with more details" - but have they? My inbox is suspiciously empty... Same here, maybe this mythical email will explain things more when (if?) it arrives (or the blog post might when I can read it later). (* Now corrected to a suitably high value.)

My property loans in APM have not yet repaid Nor mine, although they are all marked as repaying today still...

Thanks cougar. The blog says "We have written to all 1 Year market investors with more details" - but have they? My inbox is suspiciously empty... Mine too, for the moment. My email just arrived.

Not least because the cost per lender of managing and administering a shrinking loan book will inevitably increase month by month, I suspect it won't be long before Metro Bank sell off any other loan portfolios they are not interested in, and then transfer what's left to their own balance sheet.

Just for info : I have 4 property loans listed in Max due to repay today - totalling about £1.3k.
So far no money showing in holding... but I suspect within a day or so they will. That will reduce my Max total down by about a 6th. :-)

Just got all my money from Access. Ratesetter were good for most of the time I was with them but this last nine months has been a shambles.

I have one loan left in 1Yr market due to repay in July. Interestingly (and usefully) the money all went into the Holding account rather than going back on the market ... and that loan has also repaid now (showing a date of the 17th). I also noticed most of what money was left in the holding account (having withdrawn a lot of it earlier) got put onto the max market to match (possibly with more going into max than had been repaid from there). This does mean I've managed to withdraw half of my original investment in under a month with no RYI. Not something I'd have expected to be possible a few months ago.

True. Anyone know what the proportion of Property loans in APM was? One might imagine that those are to be paid off too, although I think the "huge" impact you hoped for in another post might be a tad optimistic. Well it is hard to tell, however, they tried to shunt us into APM at some point or another. Given the fact 1 year was liquid already i think it will have a huge (subjective word) impact. If they moved from 19th March until e.g. 19th April that is a huge improvement. Given it took 9 months to move 5 or 6 days. I think the QIF queue will move quickly. Millions on market

Are they still relying on manual processing, though, or was this week's mythical update to automate this? (Or was it just a cover for the buyout?) PS moved 2 places yesterday!
