Yesterday, two requests to move uninvested ISA funds to my authorised bank account have been cancelled without explanation.
One of these was around 10k another just a few hundred quid. I normally move funds out to my bank account every day without problems.
According to the transaction history in the ISA, the funds have been 'cancelled' and moved to my 'other account' whatever that means. My only other account, my 'Everyday account' is still registering Zero balance. So I've no idea where it is. Of course this was arranged over the weekend so there's no-one answering calls.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Edit - I think they have cancelled it, transferred it to my everyday account them transferred it from there leaving it at zero balance, I've no idea why though!

Withdrawals from the ISA always go via the Everyday account. Puzzled me at first too!

Funds temporarily transferred out from an ISA account always go to the everyday account first, just seems to be the way they do it. Usually fairly seamless. Transferring to another ISA provider seems to be beyond them at the moment, at least in my case. They just claim not to have received the instruction repeatedly.

I have a transfer running from RS to another provider. Takes more time than usual. I'll investigate.

Uh oh, that’s what I was hoping to do with my RYI’d funds 😮
