Looking at the Investor Activity tab now -- and I presume that's how jmr concluded someone had made the purchase mentioned -- there's no sign of any activity since 15/Jul, which suggests that SS cancelled the transaction. Which brings up an interesting question... The purchase would have made the investors in the front of the selling queue very happy since they would have put their parts up for sale about a month and a half ago. Did SS reverse those sale transactions as well? Or has this 'rogue' investor just succeeded in transferring £15k of PBL020 from retail investors trying to sell... into SS's hands?

Well I noticed as there was 8k ahead of my loanpart in the selling queue last night and this morning I noticed that I had no "selling loanparts" and saw the 15.2k invested this morning. As you've said, the transaction must have been cancelled, however I don't hold a stake in this loan even after the cancelled transaction suggesting the last comment of your post may be true.

The amount for sale dipped, and then went back up to roughly where it had been, so I guess the parts came back to the market with SS as the new owner/vendor. Be interesting if someone wants to list £0.01 and see if the queue is smaller than the for sale amount.

Sale queue is now £87,927.26 with £119,841 on the market so £31,913.74 from SS/underwriters Sorry, no idea what the situation was yesterday.

I did'nt know that, this is really risky for Saving Stream, but on the other side, keeps their Skin in the game

Since they appear to own some of the borrower, they already have skin, and bones, in the game.

I have said this before, but this situation isn't sustainable. SS can't keep taking on the liability, which could risk the site, as people "accidentally" buy the loan part/refuse to pay for it.

Wonder what SS would do if someone did do that, although I quite suprised that the provison fund did not take over the whole loan to save on interest payments.

Maybe the PF won't cover interest anyway.
