All of the money I have in my 30DAA (ISA) account is pending withdrawal, but with no withdrawals having yet completed the 30-day wait and hence no withdrawal transactions from this account are displayed on the marketplace.
If I try to invest in this account the system displays the message "You are currently unable to set an invest instruction using the Access Accounts Marketplace as you have an existing withdrawal instruction. In order to make a new investment you will need to cancel any existing withdrawal instructions."
The transaction log shows I invested (with a discount) into this account on 15/1/2021 when money was pending withdrawal, as is the case now.
Does anybody know if AC have changed the rules recently? I asked them via LiveChat yesterday, but have yet to receive an answer (it was referred to the techies)

No I strongly suspect you haven’t renewed your eligibility status (Lender Certification).
If you wish to invest do so... for those who fear AC will start lending their funds again without their consent, may I suggest you don’t complete the eligibility questionnaire. At that point AC will possibly be acting illegally in investing funds into new loans when you haven’t given consent and you are ineligible to invest.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I can invest - in the QAA if I have no Marketplace transactions showing, just not in the 30DAA. If it was certification that was the problem, I would expect a blanket ban on investing, not selective ones.
Edit: just to check that, I asked AC where to find my Lender Certification setting, made sure it was set, logged out and back in, tried to invest in 30DAA a/c - still no joy.

since yesterday I seems you can't cycle from cash to QAA and then to 30 DAA or 90 DAA. Glitch or permanent change - to lock people to lower rate QAA or force a cancellation of withdrawal instructions?

Same for me in the 30DAA. I haven't got any money in the 90DAA,i see I can still invest there if I wanted to.

Since the advent of Marketplace, we've never been able to invest directly from Cash into an AA which has an outstanding withdrawal request. What seems to have changed very recently is that we now can't transfer from QAA into one of those accounts (if outstanding withdrawal) either. Is this a deliberate policy change they haven't bothered to tell us was coming, or an unintended side-effect bug of some other code change? I put it as a 50-50 toss-up. chris stuartassetzcapital

e.g I've got a 30DAA withdrawal request that has been pending since 22 Dec and reaches its 30 day limit tomorrow at 08.43. Here's some transactions I made on that 30DAA a/c during the pending period since 22 Dec:
15/01/2021, 11:47 Investment into 30-Day Access Account purchasing 250.00 GBP of holdings with a 1.30% discount 14/01/2021, 17:26 Investment into 30-Day Access Account purchasing 250.00 GBP of holdings with a 1.30% discount 12/01/2021, 18:48 Investment into 30-Day Access Account purchasing 250.00 GBP of holdings with a 1.50% discount ... 23/12/2020, 11:54 Investment into 30-Day Access Account purchasing 250.00 GBP of holdings with a 2.20% discount

Fair enough -- I should have said " notice-served withdrawal requests pending". But yes, it's now a blanket restriction, and appears to apply both to direct investment and transfers from QAA. It'll be a bugger if it stays. I've signed up to Loanpad just in case.

As I'm not about to cancel my pending withdrawals, the consequences of this change is I won't be investing in the 30DAA for some weeks. Not sure if that's what AC wanted/expected.

some boosterism words and pronouncements seem overdue. FYI, After two months of radio silence, stuartassetzcapital has provided an investor update on Seedrs today.

Live chat agent confirmed: np more cash recycling 'Yes, there have been some minor updates and bug fixes applied to the platform in recent days and this is one of them.' Following on from that, I contacted AC via Livechat:
me: I see from a posting by another investor on the P2P Independent Forum that ‘some minor updates and bug fixes’ have been applied to the platform recently. Can you confirm that one intended consequence of those changes is that it is now impossible to invest in (say) the 30DAA account whilst there are withdrawals pending (within their 30day notice period but NOT showing on the Marketplace). Such investments were allowed last week, but are not allowed this week.
AC: The Lender Team have not been advised that this was included in the updates and fixes so I will raise with the Developers now for their confirmation for you

Live chat agent confirmed: np more cash recycling 'Yes, there have been some minor updates and bug fixes applied to the platform in recent days and this is one of them.' Minor?? Without warning? My recycling Access pot will have to migrate from 30D/90D to QAA, and instead of just investing Cash into QAA and transferring it into a notice account, it'll be (i) cancel QAA withdrawal request, (ii) invest into QAA, (iii) re-enable QAA withdrawal request. All while running notice accounts down to zrro. I'll lose 0.25% interest and gain hassle, AC will lose some stability of funding and a lot of my goodwill. FT for a game of soldiers. I know where this April's ISA will be going.
