The administrators missed their deadline today, must be somethting big happening. Or they just forgot or had bigger fish to fry.

Can't believe there is no update or anything. I still check there site every day in a faint hope of having my pension fund returned.
FCA should rename themselves the FU-CA . They are totally uninterested in what there endorsement has done to people's savings. There standard response of they cannot say anything is disgusting.
Totally f'd off with the whole fraudulent scam I fell for

The FCA is supposed to be protecting consumers from every party who has the means to take advantage and exploit, including shoddy Administrators . Can't see it surviving in its current form, it's impotent and unfeared.
The 6 month report is due on 18th nov, we'll see if they are using this court case scheduled for next year as an excuse to take their foot off the pedal. I'm expecting as many changes in solicitors and receivers as there has been PMs.

Contacted your MP lostinspace ? overthehill? And Others? More we kick up an almighty stink about the FCA's gross negligence and incompetence of their shocking "handling" of Peer to Peer the more likely we will see some sort of Results. |

Thanks for the update. I thought it was the end of last month, where did you see the date listed? The last biannual report appeared on the 18may2022. That is separate to the quarterly website update on outstanding loans which is now overdue from 31oct2022.

No, never have. I don't waste my time. I'm not sure how we could be compensated 10 years down the line even if progress was made. I admire people who spend years on causes but that's not me. If I can't fix it myself with direct engagement then I write it off and move on. I will still expose anybody for the greater good but that isn't a path for compensation.

The administrators twice yearly report won't be until 18th I expect.

So for me, the 31oct2022 update news hasn't got worse since 29jul2022 which has been the trend for the last 3 years.
29 loans. 13 ongoing 2 exchanged
14 settled (mostly badly) and funds trapped by opportunist litigation claim.

Hows the fixing it yourself by direct engagement going? Did the FS admin tell you that the 5% fee didn't apply? Or the QT issue? Lendy admin amend their waterfall? Govt/FCA compensate for LCF, Connaught? All examples where someone has pursued a cause for the wider good. All you have to do is put your details in a template letter & email it. Probably less trouble & maybe greater impact than moaning about AC on here.

Is it me or are most of the updates very cryptic.
Don't mention money, legal fees to be taken off or whatever is going on in the majority of court cases.

Quarterly updates were done on 1feb2023. Still got loans outstanding in the justice queue but the word "completed" (!=recovered) appeared a few times.
When is the quistclose court case ?
