Anyone with Interactive Investor ?
Do you know how I transfer my current AC ISA cash holding money (circa £5k) to my shares account with Interactive Investor ?
I was with Share.com and had no problems - but since being moved to II (takeover) I am struggling to find out how to do the same thing with them. Their call centre is too busy to take my call and my email has gone unanswered. Their FAQ's have not yielded the answer either.
Any help appreciated, thanks.

Just logon to your II account and select the ISA transfer in option. Treat the AC account as a cash ISA transfer.

Just logon to your II account and select the ISA transfer in option. Treat the AC account as a cash ISA transfer. But I'm not able to select my current ISA share account it's greyed out - I have maxed it out this year with 20k - I'm assuming that is the reason. At least you have confirmed that there isn't a special form to fill out and send or anything, so thanks for that, I will try ringing them again.

You should be able to access your II account irrespective of how much you have already contributed, so I’m afraid I can’t help with that. From your online account you need the ‘cash&transfers’ menu, but if you cannot get to that then you will need to contact II.
