Loan #1342 is now live and MLA funds invested. AAs hold no parts.

I asked for £1000 and got it, I thought it would be oversubscribed - I've asked for a bit more I wonder if I'll get that too?

Currently only circa 75 out of the 350 tradeable loans have any amount available.
So topping up on any of the better bets seems tricky.

I've recently put a number of orders for "0 available" and many of these are gradually reaching my targets and some are already filled, but it is noticeable that diversification/balancing MLA portfolio is not as easy as it used to be. I see it as a good sign, if SM is a barometer then AC is in a good health. Got all I wanted of 1342. I didn't have any available funds when it's gone live, by the time I had the availability was 0, but I still got my desired slice.

Borrower already has loan #1205 (10%, due to end 9/6/21).
Upcoming loans also shows B**l Ltd, Bridging Loan, 7.5% - appears to be related to loan #1281 (9%, due to end 3/9/21)

On the Overview pages for the two upcoming loans, what does "Auction Status" signify?

On the Overview pages for the two upcoming loans, what does "Auction Status" signify? I got the impression that both loans are fully funded & auction status said closed?? I looked at the loans as soon as I saw the email & can only assume I got a late email??

I looked at the loans as soon as I saw the email & can only assume I got a late email?? I, too, am totally confused by the status of these two new loans. There's no clear information anywhere on AC. I can't even access information about them as the tabs which have the documents in them are greyed out and not clickable, unlike all existing loans. Have these loans already been filled up or have they not even launched yet?

On the Overview pages for the two upcoming loans, what does "Auction Status" signify? Might this thread throw some light? (Only slightly more surprising than my vaguely remembering looking at ACs auction status is that ProBoard's search facility actually found it! )

I'd suggest contacting customer services (but you may have to wait until after the bank holiday) 'cos I can see the following and the document links work, too. (PM me with an email address if you'd like me to send them over.)

it simply means they have been fully underwritten. you can see the bids in one of the tabs.
In this case, the loans were underwritten by the access account as there was 1 bid only.

The tabs were greyed out for me earlier, but they're accessible now.

Yes, you're right, the tabs, including the 'invest' button are working now. They were greyed out earlier and I contacted AC's customer support before 5pm to report it. They said they would get their techies to look into it.
If the loans have only been underwritten yet, when are they likely to go live for all of us?
The "Estimated drawdown date" for both loans is given as "10/08/2021", but I'm wondering if they've just given that as a backstop date but they'll go live earlier.
