With #1496 I was allocated £391.61 - with a £1.7mm loan I hoped I'd get my full wack but the LtV is nice looking and the loan spent too long in Upcoming and clearly got a lot of attention
It looks as if the Scottish Architects may be drawn Friday (12.11.21) but still in Pipeline
Only about 5% released by AA which explains the low allocations relative to size. AA probably retained more due to significant redemptions recently & decline in PF

If you mean loan #1502, the Credit Report FINAL says "In this paper, lenders are being invited to consider funding a 6-month bridging facility which will be used to refinance an existing Assetz Capital Development Loan". I assume they're referring to loan #1153

Yes, this is an internal refi. #1153
It's a short loan, so I'll limit my amount, but i like it!

Now two more have joined #1153, making three in Upcoming. One a Dev in Merseyside (7%); the other new one being a Carehome (6.5%). Expecting/Estimated to be drawn on Friday 10th

Yes, 3 "upcomings" now. I have an excessive (for my liking) amount of cash and was going to withdraw by the end of this week, but now it will be back to normal if these three are moved to "live" tomorrow. I don't really want to reduce my AC funds atm as long as I can stay in line with my diversification strategy.

I'm sure you can see this, it's 9pm two have draw and one hasn't, but perhaps it will Monday.
I was allocated #1502 Dev. Bridge £113.10 #1504 Dev Merseyside £14.80 #1505 Carehome YET TO DRAW. allocation likely to be less than £100

All these monitoring of endlessly delayed loan launches, then applying for allocations, then the undoubted years of headache monitoring their non-payments, re-terms etc. is not worth it when all one will have is tiny allocations. At a £100 loan, you stand to eventually get £6.50 interest a year pre-tax - if the borrower bothers to pay. I can already see every borrower under their sun overwhelmed with joy because they can now add "Omicron" to their list of reasons for not paying their debts.

They would love to fill every loan using passive capped accounts, opaqueness, less scrutiny and less interest. Banking your monthly and annual interest is all fine and dandy until you realise you can't withdraw swathes of your capital for the foreseeable future or ever. Much harder to survive with a croaked loan book full of problematic, late and defaulted loans when the lending is active and manual. I see plenty of parallels with other companies like Zopa, FC and LW.

I was allocated £15.80 in #1504. Feel privileged #1502 - I've got what I've asked for, which is below the allowance. Looking at the size of #1505 - I'll probably get a little less than I want, but that won't disappoint me. Hopefully some other "pipeliners" scheduled for this months will be drawdown soon....

I haven't looked at AC loans for ages, but I took a peek at the one announced today (1509) and was confused.
The credit doc says that lenders will receive 8.1%, but the loan page says 7.5%.
Why does the Loan Amount show as £15.8k when the credit doc says tranche 1 would be £100k?

My thoughts as well. The email also said £15,824.28. What big shares we will get of this.

I think this loan has been in their system for months, I guess some of this is a previous proposal(?) and needs updating.
The same named Borrower for the bridge #1489 (loan not directly related afaics)
In Edit In the CR it says,
Edit - 17.12.21 3.3 now says
