I don't know if others are seeing similar dynamics but my accrued interest seems to be going up every month and my interest paid for this month is well below target although it has time to make up some ground. I have 1/3 in the old GBBA a/c and 2/3 in the MLA a/c.

Accrued interest is meaningless, IF it's never paid out...
I've hundreds of pounds of accrued interest on GBBA / MLA, DON'T expect to see any of it, anytime soon, maybe never...

New pipeline loan appeared today - £1.3m bridging loan. Short-lived.

Looks like it fell through. Pipeline loans often do.

Another appeared today but only a tiddler. Looks a lot like the last one reincarnated (but a much smaller amount) - can anyone remember the rate on the one that disappeared?

I think from memory that the contract date was different, might be someone with two loans though. I don't think it's a re-written contract; again based on the contract date of June.
I think a lot of new loans will be bridges due to economic circumstances. I'm generally wary of Bridges.
#1431 This was new drawdown from the the 2/7/21; has gone suspended - reason still hidden from view, no statements. (I've £7.11 in it)

Still no update (and I have rather more in it!). This was the loan which ilmoro highlighted in his post of 2nd July, noting that the loan documents were somewhat out of date as the loan was originally agreed before the pandemic. I'm hoping this suspension is a technical issue.

Trading suspended prior to first repayment with no explanation is no good. It might be just a small technical issue - whatever happened there they shouldn't keep investors in the dark.

I saw this earlier and my early sentiment is that I feel somewhat overweight in care homes (and pubs) already. Having said that, I'm anxious to dilute my per loan exposure whatever the sector, and I'm probably going to be in (if the rate isn't too miserable)

#1431 still suspended without explanation. I posted a question on Friday which apparently can only be seen by me (when did that start?) so presumably there may be another 300 people asking the same question, each of us unaware of the rest.
Not impressed.

They approve your question first for lender consumption. Presumably they also want to make sure there is a palatable answer as well or I doubt it will go public.
