I've had a couple in recent weeks - HCP123 (62%) and HCP165 (103%).
HCP137 (108%) and HCP139 (81%) were paid out over the summer.

Investor Bridging, Development and HCP loan update, 17th October 2023, issued by Quantuma, does not mention HCP121.
I searched on Companies House for all HCPs and found that this is the only one not yet liquidated.
The balance sheet for January 2022 showed that the fixed assets had fallen from £63753 to £13753. Total net assets fell from 58886 to 3505. I can find no explanation for that.
There is no record on the Land Registry of the property being sold.
Where did the money go?

HCP130 just repaid, too - 115% total.
That's the last of my HCPs - with an average of 105.77% repaid (or 113.3% if you include the carcrash -70% off-plan speculation HCP117 which fully repaid back in 2017).
Just one HCD and one HCBC to go, and I'm clear. I only need 45% return from those two, and I'll have broken even on THC overall. Place bets!

My bet has already placed, the house wins, I am losing with two simple bets. 🤣
Worse, P2P bets are nothing like betting on 0 for high risk returns.

Hi adrianc HCP130 just repaid £1,006.86 on £1,000 share, far short of 115%. Do I need to check with Quantuma ? Thanks

HCP 171 has just repaid £982.34 which along with earlier payments of £226.56 gives a total return of £1,208.95 on an original investment of £1k. Better late than never!

I made a formal complaint about the very sketchy data from Quantuma, no figures about the property sold for X, no narrative whatsoever. I then got some accounts which started with the cash in bank, still missing the sale price, still missing any narrative. Really poor show. Unfortunately Ablrate have appointed Quantuma
