Just logged into Zopa and found money waiting to be re-invested despite re-investments being turned off.. Whats more I cant see what has actualy been invested in new loans not can I see the monthly figures from the drop-down so I have no idea how the loans are performing monthly anymore. Can anyone shed light on whats happening please

Can anyone shed light on whats happening please I'm not sure what you are using but I am using chrome on a desktop. Zopa has made some rather sweeping changes and i'm not sure that you can see your loanbook other than downloading the csv version. It can be loaded into excel and I assume other available tools and you will be able to see the new loanbook data. I'm not sure there is another way at present to view the loanbook. Many of us are presumably somewhat bemused by the changes, i certainly am, but it seems we are stuck with it at the moment. Having 4 loanbooks 2 for me and 2 for Mrs Aju I am currently wading my way through comparing the old with hte new, loanbooks that is, the statement detail has been pulled and rumour is its gone forever. There are other threads where more detail is being discussed, in particular the one regarding the recent changes. As someone who is quite clued in with the old system and trying to compare the new system and finding unexpected missing items one is somewhat perturbed. That said I am already engaging with Zopa but with little effect so far. I have poked FCA for relevant data that we should expect to see but have still not completed reviewing the pointers they provided. To be honest being a person who is comfortable using excel (in my case a very old version 2007 but still working) I had not noticed that without these products one cannot view ones loanbook even. This must surely be unacceptable but again I am working through things slowly. (I have at least 4 loans that were in last months old data and are nowhere to be seen in this months as far as I can tell so far. To sum up in a few works - Zopa has certainly screwed up this time. On the re-investments i have not seen that I am re-investing but then I have been baling out for quite a while now so its been turned off perhaps they screwed this up too. (I just check my 2 accounts and all the options are not re-investing. I did have £100 that i moved to my bank on friday but nothing was invested up to that point.)

Thanks for the reply, not been able to get back to this in a while. It seems that it was showing some money being re-invested but it was actualy going into the holding account eventually so god knows what was happening ha...
