Got an email saying there was 50k available in a recently funded loan but by the time I logged in it was away, single buyer, nice, probably a real madrid board member. I'm fairly certain they will be trying to increase their loan pipeline. I like this platform, it is very transparent and simple to use, the antithesis of Assetz Capital. Record so far is blemish free in terms of capital loss but have 3 active problem loans that don't look too onerous although you can't read everything if you are not in the loan.
