Apologies if already covered, but do we know how long the platform will stay open for ISA transfers? I really need to get my act together...

Got my first email from RateSetter on Friday. Second one yesterday saying money will arrive at AJ Bell in five days. It arrived yesterday afternoon.
Just my wife's transfer to Fidelity outstanding now. Fidelity says it's on course and to contact RateSetter for updates. Sent an email.

Apologies if already covered, but do we know how long the platform will stay open for ISA transfers? I really need to get my act together... they are open as long as needed. they can not just close accounts or not act - especially now owned by a bank. however, i suspect you might be in a bit of a queue.

Having e-mailed my new provider for the third of my transfers from RateSetter I have been told it could take some time due to the high demand. The other two didn't take too long, they did say that interest would be paid from my transfer request date, who pays that then? My second transfer from Ratesetter was completed, I then moved that money to another provider which has completed yet my third from Ratesetter still hasn't moved and I have had no indication as to when it might. My third ISA transfer from RateSetter still hasn't moved, things are very slow, the first two went reasonably quickly, anyone else still waiting? Steve

Steve Hello I received this on 14th April from Hargreaves Lansdown- I can confirm we received your ISA transfer form on 29 March, we are currently processing applications received on 08 March and should therefore process your application within the next 10 - 15 working days.
I've had no contact from Ratesetter, and I don't know what HL's 'processing' involves. Tim

Hargreaves Lansdown ISA transfer process is a disgrace and should be looked at by the FCA. How does a company like HL take 30 days and a P2P company takes 2 days. Dominance, size, market share, complacency and customer retention isn't such a critical metric anymore, sound familiar. I think the rules state 30 days or the FCA will get very angry and stamp their feet. I'm probably talking bollocks but seriously is a company like HL not able to redirect resources and fix the bottleneck problem. It's been like this for some time.

Same issue for me with transferring out from Vanguard.

I sent my RS transfer request to HL 6th April. I have been continually chasing them. HL say the transfer could take 2-8 weeks or longer. They tell me today that the transfer is now with RS. HL have blamed it on COVID with office social distancing etc but I don’t buy that excuse not when it’s taken this long and I am still paying their premium fees. I have to say that HL service in the past is faultless but in this transfer it has been appalling .

It looks like things are starting to happen, I got an email from Ratesetter today-
Dear Leg,
Your request to transfer your ISA funds from RateSetter to Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Management Limited has been received.
We are processing your request and this should take no longer than 5 working days to complete. We will email you to confirm when the money has been sent to your new provider.
