This is a just a wild guess but I'm wondering if the HMRC offer some leeway when the last 4 days of the tax year are bank holidays and non-business days. Unbolted are also still showing last year's isa allowances.

Doubt it - CrowdProperty were the same, but in the last hour or so updated for the new tax year.

Mine still says Net Subscription to this ISA £20,000.
To withdraw, or not to withdraw, that is the question...

I withdrew yesterday.
Today dashboard shows
Replaceable Balance, returnable to this ISA only - £0.00. Net Subscriptions to this ISA - £-X,000.00. Your 2021-22 annual subscription allowance to split between all ISA types (and Managers) is £20,000
X= the amount I withdrew.

Now it is shown correctly: Net Subscriptions to this ISA £0.00. Bring on the withdrawals
