I also failed to get a slice in my account with autolend ‘always on’. proplend Why are self-select accounts allocated loans when always-on accounts are missing out? This is not what was implied by the new code changes. You'd be better off contacting them direct, they don't really reply here anymore. It's a surprise always on lenders are left out considering you're leaving your accounts in credit with the promise of first dibs. I've put a post in DD Central to continue this discussion. Maybe today's North East loan will be the first opportunity since the introduction of AutoLend 2 for non-AutoLend lenders to get a chance of a slice!
The total loan is £1.9 million (TrancheA £1.4 million) and there could be a large amount available because of those folk like me who keep only £1,000 in their cash account and didn't get a slice via AutoLend Always-On because the balance was used for today's earlier loan and I didn't top-up the cash account in the few hours before this loan was allocated. Sometimes, I just think Proplend are deliberately trying to make investing as awkward as possible...

Us. I don't know if this is a new or recent service but it will be available for all qualifying loans for a fee presumably but maybe not. Proplend don't invest in any loans but they have partners that step in when a large loan can't be filled.

The 1st VAT loan is planned to be onboard and completed sometime in Q3. Proplend will be the 1st platform to offer this type of loan. Detailed on the Seeders Q2 CEO update.

What exact or approximate VAT service are they providing given the maximum turnaround is 4 months ? Is 0.83% the lender rate before the usual 10% reduction ?

Seems like no new loans (including Malvern) on the imminent horizon. Yesterday's Liverpool Duke Street email made no specifics.
