Next 2 weeks, Northampton, Berkhamsted and The Strand
Anyone else notice The Stands accounts are seriously overdue. "Accounts overdue Next accounts made up to 31 March 2020 due by 31 March 2021" We know the said company has form with filing accounts past the required date going back more then several years. However this tardiness is the longest I can see for some time. I can not see covid being the reason either as previous years accounts were submitted during this "lockdown."

There is a delay with companies house updating filed accounts online this may be the case with Strand but not sure. Other platforms have been affected by this. `We're closely following government guidance for working safely during coronavirus (COVID-19) and have reduced the number of colleagues in our offices. This has led to delays in processing correspondence, documents and paper forms.` Companies house

At least one loan is about to launch - funds have been taken from AutoLend Always-On lenders' cash accounts for the "Waiting to close" accounts, but Proplend's system is so opaque that it's impossible to tell which loan!
There are now four 'pending' loans with FLR & valuation reports (Grantham, Hinkley, Ipswich, Northampton), so it could be any of them or maybe more than one?

Looks like another two loans have been approved for a refinance.
Pet* Land + Pet* Retail.
Significant drop in rates for the Land loan, nonplussed at that.
Rates have been on a downward trend at PL and elsewhere but I think that will be changing soon. Whether these lower rates for every refinance of overdue loans is balanced, not so sure. Seems like a good deal for the borrower.

There is an update on the old Strand loan.
You have to manually go into the loan to read the comment. FYI the updated VR has been received even though it has not yet been posted on the platform

Yes, I got that one wrong. I was only repeating Proplend's email for those who may have not received it.
Anyone know the answer to the following?
If I have 1k in my account and select 1k of A and 1K of B which will cycle through first?
No guesses or assumptions please.

[To be pedantic, I suppose that Proplend may consider "going live" is when both Auto-Lend streams are allocated - that won't be until Tuesday.] But then I don't have much trust in Proplend's predictions - I've have a couple of messages from Proplend recently asserting the imminent draw-down of the Littlehampton thatched property and we're still waiting...

"Littlehampton will definitely draw down before the end of August". It doesn't really matter as interest starts 10 days after it is funded. It is becoming an embarassment, obviously something significant and wouldn't be a surprise if it gets cancelled as well.

An email was sent a couple of weeks back that Littlehampton drawdown will be delayed considerably and the client had paid in advance interest due to the delay. Upon drawdown investors will receive all interest owed to date.

I can trump that with a message several days ago which claimed that St Annes and Northampton would draw-down in the next 24 hours or so and Littlehampton "by the end of week". They were right about St Annes, Northampton was overtaken by events, but no sign yet of Littlehampton.

I'll trump that 😆 with the overdue Police station loan due to be paid in August "will be paid this week" (2 weeks ago)
