11AM 13th April 2021, this is a first!
I've been with Kuflink for 2+ years and for the first time there are no deals available for investment.

They just had a loan completion, so lots of spare cash in people's holding account - maybe re-invested? Not to mention RS funds looking for a new home. Thankfully they do manage to add new loans fairly regularly.

I hope it doesn't become a new CP and everyone races each time a loan is released

I was surprised also, could it be anything to do with the a glut of new ISA money being invested into the auto invest, does this reduce the properties available to the self invest customers?

these rates are very low for high risk PDLs and multi tranche with tiers are even more risk after tier 1.loan quality appears to be slipping away in favour of loan origination and growth as with a few other platforms.lend carefully and remember many of these PDLs will NOT pay back on loan end dates and hopefully the RICS valuations come good.good luck.

Yep been there not keen on multi tranch development loans from my horrors elsewhere Same here, It's difficult to forget Col/Ly/FS development loans. New tranches were coming out of the blue - for me the most memorable is Col's Bolton (never ending tranches)... and at the end most of these loans defaulted. However, on AC majority of multi-tranch-developments seem to repay - I think it mostly depends on platform's DD procedures.

The CEO has said in recent interviews development loans are going to be more of the type of loans they offer in the future. Some of the latest loans the borrower has paid the loan interest up front which is a measure of comfort.

Some of the latest loans the borrower has paid the loan interest up front which is a measure of comfort. That's an interesting way to look at it. In reality, the interest is being paid from a retained portion of the funds that were provided by us, the lenders. It is still a small comfort as a slightly smaller portion of the lent capital is actually at risk.
