Borrowing from A**ess apparently repaid. However, additional borrowing has been undertaken from Hu!!le. The PG on the previous tranche does not appear to be in place for this tranche.

Also, the PERSONAL GUARANTEE DISCLOSURE for DB on page 14 appears to have escaped the proof readers! ablrate? The intent is presumably that the PG applies to the initial tranche only, but that certainly isn't what it says.

Good repayment record on first loan and quick to return back to amortising after COVID interest only period. I passed on the first offering but think I'll take some of this one.

Somewhat disappointed ablrate We can't all be available as soon as a loan goes live. Nothing left at 16:20.

Anyone know why we didn't get any Instant Returns / exactly how IR works?. Most of us had invested over 24hours prior to loan drawing down.

I'm purely guessing here, but it could be that the timing is taken from a fixed time each day (e.g. midnight), so a days returns would not be paid unless that fixed time was crossed twice. E.g. the clock starts at the midnight following the pledge, with 1 days returns being clocked up when the following midnight was reached. A bit like being paid for bank or building society interest, which is only measured in complete days.

With Ablrate it is usually a 24 hour period between your bid and drawing down, to qualify for 1 day's instant returns. Maybe they did the calculations but did not do the deed straight away.
