I have an ISA transfer out dated 1at April which has not arrived at Coventry BS. My daughter had one the same day to another provider which arrived on 8th April. Anyone else having this problem?
Later edit: Coventry said they had received the cash but OC had not provided the correct paper work. After I complained it was all sorted out and the credit to my Coventry a/c was back dated to the day they received the money.

I have an ISA transfer out request dated 23rd February. My new provider have since sent three chasers, one on 15th March, second on 5th April and the most recent on 26th April - no response!
I've tried to reach out to OC via their online "chat", which apparently I should get a response too within 2 business days. The "chat" indicates that my message has been received... that was 6 days ago... nothing!
It's getting to the stage now where I may have to go to the Ombudsman to get this ISA transferred. Yes, I know it should "normally" transfer within 30 days, but that ISA transfers can sometimes take longer.. but it's been nearly 3 months now!!!

I found that an email to support@octopuschoice.com, not support@octopusinvestments.com which is the one they say to use, gets answered.
I assume that you know that you can only transfer out pending cash. In theory one request from your new provider will result in automatic transfers of pending cash each month, but sometimes you have to give them a nudge. Each transfer creates quite a lot of admin for both parties so I will only give them the nudge when there is a largish sum in pending cash, especially as it will get very little interest after it arrives.

My monthly transfers to Coventry BS usually fail and I have to contact OC to get them to submit extra documentation to CBS. However my daughter's transfers to another bank go smoothly so it seems that CBS are extra fussy about the paperwork.
