uown , could you please provide some clarity on this issue. The income from TH phase 1 is clearly shown as dividends on my tax statement, yet you've told squid that income from TH is treated as interest. Which is correct please, or is it that different tranches are to be treated differently?

I will add it on to the list of jobs to do. Best,

Income from: E**n g*****s, S******e S****t, L****y A****e, H****d P***e and T****n H***e (all phases) are all clearly described as dividends still. Should they all be considered to be interest payments?

First two phases repaid today, couple of months early so return slightly lower than advertised. Just need some more deals as funds on platform dwindling ... victims of own success.

I've rolled my repayments into the new W****r I****d loan. Well over half my platform total is now profit.

Were phases 1&2 due to be repaid by a different method to phases 3/4?
I'm in phase 4 and I think the last update mentioned October 2023 repayment, tbh I'd be happy for it to run over and keep paying me my 8%.

Phases 1 & 2 were scheduled to repay via a refinance in Oct 2023, but have been completed ahead of time. Phases 3 & 4 are scheduled to refinance in March 2024. Phases 3 & 4 may repay early too, but there will be less pressure on refinancing these phases due to the fact that they are paying a lower rate. Phase 1 was 11%, Phase 2 was 10%, phases 3 & 4 are 8%.

That's great news, just waiting on my Phase 4 investment to hit my account.

I contacted the platform to clarify their offer to top up any reinvestment by 2% (cancelling out the platform fee), and to top up by 3% if one doubles their investment.
As I had a very small investment in phase 4 (I'd only reinvested a minor interest payment from a different loan into TH phase 4) I wondered if they would honour the 3% offer for larger investments. The answer was that they would honour the 3% on investments up to £10k.
