I just released £150 from my AA by request. I noted the times and it took '6 minutes'. So will I get charged anything for that?
[It would equal '0.00642p' according to my figures]
Did you allow for the interest you earned in those same six minutes?

Does it get rounded up to the closest penny?

Worth reading the website description of the fee again. If withdrawal requests are being serviced within 1 working day then for the purposes of the fee the site is in normal market conditions and the fee is not charged. It is only when withdrawal requests are not being serviced within 1 working day that the fee applies.

Presumably there is somewhere on the site that indicates the current status? Sound rather like a game of pin the tail on the donkey otherwise

Let's say things are running smoothly, with withdrawals taking no more than a few hours, and it's been like this for days. The site, as per your request, says "things are normal and we're not charging at the moment". So you put in a withdrawal request, little realising that in the few minutes beforehand everyone else did the same. Your request is now going to take days or longer, and the charge is on. So now what are you going to say?

The AA MOL status doesnt seem to be functioning yet, despite it supposedly supposed to be active by the end of last month (at least on the MOL page)

Not knowing if you were going to be charged a fee or not seems a curious way to do business. In a World where we had progressed past chiseling words on rocks, something indicating if times that day are 'normal' or not when making a request to withdraw seems remarkably modest request wise.

For example, if I make a withdrawal request at 9pm on Monday, and it's serviced at 8pm on Tuesday, is that 1 working day? What if it's serviced at 10pm on Tuesday?
