I should probably know this by now but how do you see the latest comments about overdue loans, I am sitting with about 25% of my loans now overdue , my oldest going back to Apr 2021. Surely I don't have to trawl through my inbox looking for an update do I ? TBH there is not much point in reading the updates on overdue loans.

- When the new forecast end date is.
- How many times completion has been delayed before.
I find myself trying to maintain external records of these things because finding the info on the website is far too time consuming.

* ****** ***, CHORLEY, PR7 *** should pay back by the year end. That will be a year overdue but that's more time at +2% so provided it's repaid in full I'm not complaining.

I'm going to get sentimental over that one. It was my first CP investment back in 2019 - a "15 month term" if I remember rightly!

can kicked down the road again.in hands of receivers for over 1 year now.tracing agents now involved to find tenants names and prove to council that security is/was actually licensed as hmo for last 7 years as this will greatly affect the sale price and returns to investors.there we go then.

Can you give us a clue as to which loan this is?

This post has been copied from this thread as it seems more relevant here. I've emailed CP to ask them to check and update the stats. The stats have now been updated to show 9 loans > 180 days late. I received an reply from CP explaining that there had been an error in the automatic updating of the "loans > 180 days late" statistic. It's now been corrected and the correct value will be showing after 6am tomorrow.

The stats now show that 25 loans have been in default (> 180 days late) with 12 of those repaid. So, 13 loans are currently in default.

That's of limited use as an overdue loan might be sound or not, and only investors in that loan will be given any information at all, and any they are given has to be taken with a large pinch of salt. I would have hoped that 4thWay would have requested much more detailed data about these loans before labelling them "in good standing"

The advantages of an almost unnavigable website in terms of information and what can be dug up can't be trusted evidently without user community help. Everyone still piling in to CP ?
Kuflink shows the updates of all loans in or out.

One less now maybe......Y.......n Barn payment today I wasn't in that one, so can't be sure but, from what I can see it looks unlikely that it was ever over 180 days late. If so, then it won't be included in the default statistics.

I've got 1 loan which is a few days off 18 months late. If it is still a thing, the 100% capital+interest vinyl record might get smashed during the next 6 months
