More likely to be an Underwriter. Do they have underwriters? Hardly any shortage of retail investors' cash on this platform.

I've been considering adding to my unbolted pot as I 've been running it down for a while .
I limited my tranches to £10.00.
Am I to understand that they just split up your capital and put mutlple tranches into the same loan ? Ew!
(Had no complaints so far apart from the loony solicitor...but understood each tranche went into a separate loan).

I'm not too concerned about overexposure to UB borrowers. The "loony solicitor" is one off, all other loans have repaid. All loans are against assets and I grew to trust UB's valuations.

But, some borrowers pawn different security for different loans. So, you can end up with multiple loans to the same borrower (albeit with different security).
