June’s payment is now in. I thought they were going to email us when it was ready. They’ve not so far. Now just have to wait till December and hope the last of the payouts go ahead. SWS

I had 3 accounts with Wellesley and received 2 payments on the 22nd June.
However my "Wellesley Property Bond - Series 39" was due to pay me £730 in June and I have not yet received a penny of this money. I am unable to ring Wellesley, I have emailed last week, but not had a reply.
Any advice?

You can try 02038590058. I heard thaere was a delay of 10 working days.

Just tried that number and it goes to an O2 answer phone message. Will keep trying.
It does appear that Wellesley has told others there can be a 10 working day delay. This would mean I should have the money on Tuesday the 13th July at the latest.
Fingers crossed.

This would mean I should have the money on Tuesday the 13th July at the latest. Fingers crossed. They told me the same that it would take 10 days, I emailed them on Monday 12th July asking for an update but get the usual phrase / we are very busy but will contact you ASAP. So far no response, no money apart from £113 interest. Me thinks it’s goodbye to the balance, whilst I understand there was a risk in this investment, why is the media no getting involved?

They emailed me on the 7th July to say my £730 would be in my account 10 working days after the 30th June 2021.
That date has now been and gone, it appears nobody received their promised funds.
I have sent another email, but don't expect a response for a week or so. I also expect bad news if my response does arrive.

In the email they make a number of excuses which they could have put on their web site rather than not doing anything but ignoring you, I still haven’t had a reply from the help desk and I would suggest that they are deliberately ignoring emails.
A little bit optimistic now.
