How do you access this secondary market touted as the reason for removing bonus interest on capital loans. Is there a menu option somewhere or does it just appear like magic when there is something to display...

Not really sure. Maybe the amounts are reallocated to other lenders rather than offered for direct purchase. I'm not sure how they would stop you being allocated something you've just sold.
