An arrest warrant has been issued for Katie Price, after she failed to attend a court hearing relating to her bankruptcies.
About time, she's been dodging the bankruptcy courts for over 4 years now, and It wears thin when she says "I have serious stuff to deal with" err sorry love your bankruptcy is pretty serious. She's also been given numerous chances by the general courts, Speeding, Drink and drug driving, driving whilst disqualified etc etc and she just carries on trustee "has no information on her whereabouts" lol I suggest looking on her Instagram, or facebook etc I looked at the sky news report and thought her face is beginning to fall apart

not long enough, he should, IMHO, do his time in solitary For doing what? Torturing, murdering and sexually assaulting someone? Just plain murdering someone? Running an outfit like the IRA or UDA which did kill lots of people? Or just spouting his mouth off to convince them to do a load of killing? And that is considered virtually the worst crime one can commit (based on sentence) ?

You might find the judge's sentencing remarks enlightening... www.judiciary.uk/judgments/r-v-choudary-and-another/

The bits where he explains how the sentence is calculated, and sums up the offences and evidence. In other words, just about all of it... It's not long. (some relates to the co-defendant)

(some relates to the co-defendant) It is quite long and a quick skim seems to show he is convicted largely membership and running a proscribed terror group. To me it is completely unjust and imoral to give this guy such a sentence when a child rapist can get out with much less. I repeat, what has he actually done other than express his (presumably unpleasant) views ? All you can do is say "read the judgement". If this had been a man who butchered babies you wouldn't have any trouble pointing to his heinous crime would you? As I say, maybe I'm wrong - what has he done to justify that sentence?

It's just 41 paragraphs, a quarter of which relate to the other defendant. Several of them are no more than a single sentence, often a single line. Yes, because that answers your questions in the words of a man who had the full prosecution evidence presented, together with the defence's full attempts to debunk it. Read the judgement. It explains the justification.

Judges have certain amount of freedom within the guidelines. there are levels of offending within each crime and these appear to me to be at the top end. was going to add some more but don't want to go off on a tangent

If he'd raped and murdered someone, butchered some babies you would be ab le to tell me directly why he has been given such a sentence. Why do you need to point at the Judgement? I don't need to see the judgement to know that if Letby did what she is accused of they should throw away the key. Why do I need to read the full judgement to get some idea of why this guy deserves a life sentence with a high minimum tariff ? I honestly don't get it.

not long enough, he should, IMHO, do his time in solitary So in keeping with the odious bastard theme, I see Joey Barton has been up in court. Barton (who won one England cap) is charged with malicious communications in relation to on line posts he made about black England womans footballer Eniola Aluko (who played for England 101 times more than Joey). That's the same JB that was fined six weeks' wages by Manchester City after stubbing a lit cigar in the eye of young team-mate.
However, at least he had the balls to turn up in court, as opposed to Katie and Tommy, who both appear to have done a runner.

. As leader, you made important decisions for the organisation such as whether it should recognise the formation of the so-called Islamic State in the Middle East in 2014. In
evidence you described the establishment of Islamic State as being the most significant event of your lifetime. You also provided guidance to the members of AlMuhajiroun and encouraged them to pursue the radical aims of the organisation
you encouraged them to confrontational dawah and acts of violence. Your referencing the need to terrify the enemy with scud missiles and nuclear weapons was an obvious incitement to violence as were references made by you to striking people in the neck
In your evidence you described its objective as being to re-establish the community (by which you meant the Islamic community) in the way done by the prophet. It was, in truth, a radical organisation intent on spreading Sharia law to as much of the world as possible using violent means where necessary.
there you go, a violence encouraging Terrorist who believe beheading infidels is OK
