I prefer the 10 minute presentation with the borrower interviewed. Listening to the borrower talk about the development is very revealing. The new YT format gives no more than a basic (90 sec) narrative, which is already available further down the page.

CP already fall way short of every other P2P platform I lend through in terms of the amount of information provided on the borrowers' collateral because they don't publish the Valuation Reports or any other such documentation.

I agree. I'm being wary going forward, the lending will inevitably explode and the shareholders will exert more pressure. You can already see the loanbook adding more of these mega developments with possibly an opaque troubled history, at least without time consuming DD.
You can request the valuation document and presumably the legal document from CP before the loan goes live but it is a PITA just like withdrawing money from the ISA account !

We seem to be back to video info, well sort off, less info more entertainment. Is this a sign that cp is trying to keep/ boost its retail lenders ££.
