"after our meeting" an accurate statement.
no time scale given, no limit on time to pass.

Well, I've quickly looked at the "Fo******r Addendum" (email at 16:50 or so and attached to all the AF loans on platform now).
I really didn't expect these AF loans to be tied with another Ablrate borrower which also owes money to us lenders.... . Still trying to get my head round that.
Oh, yes, still no indication of EXACTLY when we'll get some or any money back...

My heart sank when I read that our “White Knight” turns out to be another of the ABL borrowers who don’t make payments. And as for their “listed” vehicle, it’s not even on AIM but that mickey mouse Aquis exchange, so our loan will no doubt be converted into a bunch of worthless shares.

Hmmm, OK, so if F******n's main problem was lack of liquidity due to Green**** and they now have some additional funding I'd have thought that the his track record would count for something. The V****n option to buy batteries and guaranteed % paying off our loans would seem good news even if we've lost a first charge in the process, it seems worthwhile to get things moving
I was thinking that compared to administrators moving in selling everything for pennies, the critical thing is, that at a time when power is expensive, we have an asset that's months away from coming on line and putting some money in the pot?
Maybe I need to go back and read it again and stop celebrating

I won't be celebrating until I see 1p of my capital and accrued interest. With reference to the last grubby and information withheld AF loan , if they don't start repaying soon there will be considerable litigation, probably in the pipeline already.

"There is a standstill agreement in place, subject to receiving a minimum of £1 million per annum"
Holding off sending in the bailiffs for a bit, to give them a chance to sell some batteries, would seem to be the plan.
I'm sure AF isn't getting as good a deal as on the open market and is using his famed juggling skills for his money and ours.
A bird in the hand may be better than in the fruit tree even if it eats wasps I guess

Don't forget, these revenue projections are based, as stated in the documentation, on electricity prices at the current sky-high rates.
I've penned the February 2026 'Lender Update' for you all, in advance:
"LENDER UPDATE 06 FEBRUARY 26: We have uploaded an Addendum to the Documents section for this loan. Due to the unforeseen substantial reduction in wholesale electricity prices combined with the new Labour government's recent unforeseen windfall tax on battery storage plants and their unforeseen increases in corporation taxes, the business has not been able to realise the expected net returns. The business is now losing the sum of circa £75,000 a month and we do not envisage it being able to pay Ablrate lenders for the foreseeable future. We will send lenders another update before the end of the year."

The real profit is in curtailment, Mr Smith we agreed to buy 100mWh from your wind turbines at £100 MWh, we don't need as much can we pay you £110 MWh to turn your turbines off and not produce electricity
