I made a withdrawal late this morning and didn't have that message. Mind you, I won't know for sure that it's on its way until tomorrow afternoon or Wednesday.

Good business practice.
Emails are not sent out until all the processing is done for every investor. There were two very messy properties being done at the same time which I think overrun into out of hours, all payments are fully processed now.
Withdrawals are also temporarily halted for the same reasons when loans are drawn down or repayed.
Proplend have a low overhead business model - hardware, software, people - so I'm happy to make allowances for short term inconveniences, in this case very short term. Loans with AssetzCapital can incur 3 x charges and more for non-performance.
I hadn't really paid much attention to the exit fee before which is due if loan overruns the agreed term (another bonus on top of penalty interest) . I looked at a few other loans and it only seems to be included if there is no income being generated i.e. the police station. The exit fee is split 50/50. Proplend only take 10% of the penalty interest as with normal monthly interest.

I think it's related to processing capacity when a loan repays. Anyway it's ok now And success for me too now, including one acknowledgement email. Probably delays caused by the processing of the "extra" 60-days of Penalty Interest on the Newmarket loan which has now been credited to the cash account (and increased the sum withdrawn! )

The message has reappeared again when trying to make a withdrawal at 09:03.
Update at 13:33: The problem may be caused by the repayment of the Seven Sisters loan this morning, but withdrawals still blocked.
Update at 16:16: The penalty interest on the Seven Sisters loan may have been credited to cash accounts but withdrawals are still blocked!
Update on 2-Dec: Withdrawals re-enabled at approx 10:30. Successfully requested a withdrawal (but with odd error messages) and email confirmations received.

It's a different message today, but it still means we can't withdraw from our cash accounts.
My speculation is that Proplend mishandled today's batch of interest - three loans with less interest than I expected this morning. As of now, one of the three (Wembley) is now showing the expected amount. At this rate it'll be Thursday before it's fixed - too late to get the cash out credited to my bank account before the weekend.

If you make a same day transfer (transfer fee needed) you can get your cash in your bank account within a couple of hours.

The interest payments for yesterday were set to the expected numbers for me by 20:00 last night, but the block on withdrawals was not lifted until sometime overnight - with today's interest looking OK, all now seems in full working order.
