My wife’s maturing savings, due 4th, are in the holding account today as expected. That's good to know. Are you able to withdraw it and does it arrive in your bank account? It would give some comfort as a number of us have funds maturing this week. (I assume you won't reinvest with Zopa as their rates can be beaten.)

Waiting until mine matures in a couple of days.

Mine matures on Friday. I have just emailed to explicitly get them to confirm that I will be able to withdraw the amounts on that day. I know it may take time for the amount to appear in my bank account.
i.e. Seeing the amount in Holding as "Read Only" is of no value.
I have added since I am in central London I will attend their offices in person on Friday morning if there are any problems. That will be interesting.
If I get an answer I will let people know.
Cheers W35
p.s. I am telling them if necessary we can go "old school" (as no doubt the Zopa Tribe will call it) and I will pick up a cheque.

I'm guessing Mrs Aju's account will get the final interest just after midnight tonight as all her interest has been paid on 5th of the month so far. Not sure how long it takes after that but if it is available to release on the 6th tomorrow then rest assured if we can it will be paid back to her donor account and then pushed on to our main surplus account.
Only had a single email so far a couple of weeks ago so not sure what will happen exactly as its our first of these Zopa Fixed term savings closures.

I am in the same position with a maturity date of today. I rang Zopa today and they said the interest will be added tonight and the balance will be moved to a holding account which will be available for withdrawal tomorrow, provided their Sinclair ZX80 keeps working (ok, maybe not the last bit). Just one email for me a couple of weeks ago too, so consistent if nothing else.

Just in case i'll get the zx81 out of the loft in the morning ...

Curious thing using google chrome and probably other browsers too when loading this page www.zopa.com/savings-accountsThere are two sets of figures loaded. Rates 1.25%, 1.45%, 1.55%, 1.55% & 1.65% loads before the latest Rates 1.36%, 1.56%, 1.60%, 1.60% & 1.65% I tried looking under the hood but i suspect they are using code to generate each part and someone forgot to unload the first list. One does have to press Ctrl+R a few times to see the initial set. The chrome i am usings is the current latest on my machine (Version 94.0.4606.71 (Official Build) (64-bit)).. Sloppy and rushed code perhaps or worse someone forgot to remove the first set of numbers. Get the same problem with Edge too.

So Mrs Aju got her funds into the Holding account overnight and transferred it all to her bank account and has already arrived - Zopa suggested it might take 20 mins but i was doing other things before checking about an hour or so later.
Sadly her bank account has FP transfer restrictions so will have to wait till tomorrow to get it all back to Marcus. But we have sent as much as possible today.

Thanks to everyone who has confirmed their Fixed Term savings has paid out upon maturity and funds can be withdrawn via FP.
No one at Zopa has replied to my question on the issue yesterday morning, but I expect they (the CS chaps) are being kept in the dark as well.
On the P2P repayments and the ability to withdrawn them I have to say I am now doubtful that will be resolved this week. The fact 9 days into an IT outrage they cannot even provide an estimated date for resolution speaks volumes. Fortunately since my P2P residual is just what I could not sell last year I have not banked on getting much of it back anyway.
Anyway Thanks.

W35 I was just checking on the android app and could see the balances pre crash. Noticed a link for webchat and had a long back and forth with an agent. They are releasing the cash held in the holding account and in respect of an isa transfer, they said they said they would send the funds as per 28th Sept. Worth trying the app for webchat.

Unfortunately Zopa will only return via a manual process the amount indicated within the P2P Holding account which relates to the repayment from Monday night Sept 25th. For me that is not material the problem is the missing repayments from Sept 26th onwards which as yet are to relflected in the P2P Holding account. I have emailed them on this and indeed they acknowledge the problem (last week).
