Well by now they should have activated their back up system. This is pathetically poor for a regulated financial institution. God knows what they broke but they clearly broke it good and proper.

So Mrs Aju got her funds into the Holding account overnight and transferred it all to her bank account and has already arrived - Zopa suggested it might take 20 mins Interesting that you can get what's (I assume) a relatively large amount transferred out within a few minutes. But if you want to withdraw £50 from a P2P investment it'll take 3 working days (at least when it's working). Yet more signs they don't like us P2P investors ?

Just noticed someone's comment on the Zopa Facebook page about Zopa's Trustpilot reviews - it's quite a bizarre mix of 5 star and 1 star reviews at the moment. Who in their right mind would be giving them a 5 star review at the moment? Also interesting to note that every day they put up a new Facebook post and delete all previous posts so people can't see all the complaints, I imagine. Unfortunately, they can't do that on Twitter and the complaints are getting noisier and noisier by the day. I see Martin Lewis is asking for questions on Twitter for his show tomorrow night, perhaps everyone having problems with Zopa should ask him what we should do as customers when our so-called 'bank' has a system failure and won't update customers what's being done to fix it.

I wonder if that's a facebook think or something Zopa have selected, either way it feels misleading.

Maturity date 6th - in the holding account by 00:15 on the 7th, in my bank account by 00:30. So that's all good.

FYI.
Given the severity of the IT outage and the length of it, I asked Zopa to confirm that as a regulated organisation they had voluntarily told the FCA. This is what they said.
"I do know that we have been keeping the FCA updated on what has happened, where we are with resolving matters, and what actions we have been taking to assist customers. We will continue to be working with the regulators and keeping them informed as we work to fully restore all services. "
If the FCA is doing its job it should impose a fine for this albeit we are unlikely to see that paid to investors.
I have also suggested to Zopa they start to pay interest on the monies in P2P which should have been paid into Holding #'s since Sept 28th to date. I noted to them that they pay 0.5% on the FTS Holding accounts. Tiny amounts I know, but Zopa should not be benefiting from this situation in any way and as an interest charge the longer this goes on the more the payment.

FYI Whilst the Banner still says Read only, if you do in the Access you money field is now working.
However the repayments from Sept 28th onwards still are not appearing perhaps they will show up tonight (who knows).

W35 They tweeted a little bit earlier to say things are online now, but data is still updating - Any guesses on how long that might take (hopefully not another 10 days!) Edit: Interestingly, looking in my investment all the Access/Manage buttons are still showing as disabled - I wonder if that means it's broken again, is disabled until the updates go through or is just cached somewhere

Holding balance seems to be ticking up very slowly since then with the processing of the loan sales I had instructed previously.

Although just to upset aju it looks like they've still not fixed the clock issue. Refreshing the page I can see the Updated time changing, but it's showing 17:54 and it's now 19:55 (was showing 17:52 a couple of minutes ago).

Holding balance seems to be ticking up very slowly since then with the processing of the loan sales I had instructed previously. Over 24 hours since the last update so it's either caught up with itself, it's broken again, or someone needs to feed it the next bit of data (From the amount I've been able to withdraw from my holding account it's hopefully now caught up).
