so you lot cant be stuffing it under the bed, where's your money working for you now its not in zopas hands? My Zopa funds (and ex RS, LW and FC) are now being fed into Loanpad and Kuflink. I will soon have as much in these two property based outfits as I'm comfortable with so will have to look elsewhere. Not sure where to go from here to be honest, there are other property based p2p platform options around but I feel I've got enough in this sector already. Guess I'll have to start looking at non property p2p or maybe top up premium bonds to the max, however I'm struggling to get excited at the ~1% PB return when I'm getting 7% at Kuflink. Hmm...what to do...

Hmm...what to do... If you've had your fill of property secured loans, how about adding some pawn loans. The established platform, Unbolted; or the newer player, Connective Lending, might fit the bill. I view well curated low LTV property based loans as my safest P2P ventures, but pawn based loans would come a close second. It obviously depends on the specific deal. Selecting the right platform(s) is probably the most important factor though.

Thanks for the suggestion, certainly sounds like another possible option. I've a little more comfortable headroom available in the property deals then I'll probably look into this type of platform.

A further £25 withdrawn today. Down to just 20 quid invested here now. Ha so I just received a text from Z (bit naughty, seeing as the only texts I permit are codes for log-in access) along the lines of:
"You have uninvested money not earning interest, log-in to your account, etc. blah, blah blah..."
Er, no I don't as I literally just withdrew it, remember?!
More worringly, I just logged in to the app to quickly check how many pence I have not lent out to find that the balance figures in the app are my old (pre-withdrawal) figures and do not correspond to the figures when I log-in to my account on the PC!
I know my withdrawal has been proccesed as 1) I received an email from Z confirming this and 2) the credit is showing as a pending tranasction on my bank a/c

I had the same email text. I have just £1.31 in holding, and the option to reinvest into standard is not available (I can transfer to ISA)
I am set to reinvest everything but I nevertheless slowly accumulate small amounts in holding. Never understood why. I have to keep checking until the option to reinvest into standard reappears, then do it manually.

Also today my bank account received auto withdrawal of £10.88 and I currently have £2.12 in my holding account waiting for the next tenner to be formed for next withdrawal... Such an exciting opportunity to invest £2.12 in Zopa queue, so I clicked on "invest money" - the next page said "To manage queue times, we've put a pause on new money coming into the Zopa platform. Any new funds that you do try to transfer in will be returned to your bank account" and no option to invest my £2.12 return. This 'marketing strategy' doesn't make any sense to me.

That's odd. I've got a massive £5.33 in my holding account, but I didn't get the email.
I have no intention of ever trying to invest in Zopa again. It's not been worth it for me.

I also forgot to mention that all (20 quid of it) my investment with them is legacy stuff, having quit lending there four years ago (so we concur on your last sentence)

I had the text as well, which did seem odd when they also say about the long queue times. There does seem to be some mixed messaging going on, The investment pages and emails suggest not re-investing due to the queue length, the text and if you talk to them they seem to want you re-investing. I thought you could at least move funds from holding account to being in a queue, you just can't transfer in new funds from the bank. I'm sure I manually re-invested some funds from holding recently (although prior to them breaking things).
I am set to reinvest everything but I nevertheless slowly accumulate small amounts in holding. Never understood why. If you're in multiple markets check re-invest on all of them. It might be one is set to holding account rather to re-invest where you want it.

I received two texts one for each account, Mrs aju has not mentioned any texts but i assume she got them too. It's a bit odd since all our accounts have been turned on since July and up to the problems recently were re-lending ok but since the issues and the accounts were turned back on Monday they seem to have more funds stuck in the reinvest queues. We are lending ok though it's just that money is returning faster than is then lending out.
I'm guessing since I saw quite a few people on twitter with loan applications affected too i guess the borrowing is taking longer to pick up than the re-lending at present.
Not too bothered by this as we are dealing with quite small returned funds at present and we are still getting new loans every day though so i guess it will pick up soon ...

I too received that text and I complained yesterday.
Response below:
==================================
Good Afternoon XXXX,
Thank you for your email.
It was brought to our attention earlier in the day where I promptly raised the error to our tribe and communications team. We have been able to identify how this error occurred and fixes are being put in place to ensure this doesn't happen again.
I am sorry for this error and if you happen to receive another one please let me know right away. I will want to investigate to see why the issue persisted.
Thank you and have a good evening ahead,
YYY

According to this report, Japanese investor SoftBank will be heavily involved in Zopa's next funding round. If true, it could have a significant impact on the strategic direction of the business...

No mention of P2P. I reckon Jardev will be pleased to see the back of it.

RS LW AC, they all have went the same way , im trying to convince myself its better ticking it in my Sipp anyway , is 3% with Zopa really worth the risk and hassle?

Yes its not great but our trickle returning is getting lent out slowly but it is still lending. It is what it is at the moment...
