Hi, has anyone else had problems adding funds? A few weeks ago now I was depositing money and it never made it's way to my account. I ended up sending emails with screenshots of the payments so that KUF could identify them and add them to my account. So essentially I stopped adding and paid more attention to manipulating CP autoinvest higher. Anyway this Monday 1/11 I thought I'd try a card payment. Funds were added to my KUF account immediately and I reserved what I wanted. Checking my bank balance these funds were showing as pending to be taken, as happens with card transactions for my bank, so all as expected. I have checked my balance today to find that the funds are out of pending and back available to me, so I can only conclude that KUF are in a right mess with their banking at the moment or am I just unlucky? I had an email yesterday and probably before that reminding me they have changed their bank. You'll need to change your payee details.

Thanks overhill. And the transition between the 2 certainly hasn't helped, however card transactions are agnostic of bank details

I did a bank transfer yesterday and it was available to invest by lunch time, so all seems to be working now.

I topped up my account using my debit card on Oct 26th and 29th and successfully invested afterwards.
However the money has not been taken from my bank account and no longer appears as pending transactions.
A bit of a pain as I have to remember to keep well over £4k in my current account.
I added by debit card this morning and immediately invested, but showing as pending on my banking app

Hmm this is disconcerting, KUF haven't yet realised they are missing 4k, mine was less but I'm not going to say in case they look on here and it gives them help finding it!
A full audit to be done by me over the life of my account this weekend as trust is lost.

Same here, made 2 debit card payments into KUF on two different days. Both invested, went to pending in my bank, then cleared from pending, but money still in my bank account. KUF have said there was a problem with MangoPay and will keep me informed. heard nothing yet though.

Great comms ...from my bank anyway The same with me woken by a text from my bank this morning saying I had exceeded my overdraft and to deposit funds by 2.30 or face charges. When I checked my online banking there where 20 debits taken out relating to Kuflink. Got onto my bank well over a thousand pounds had been taken out which I reported as fraud and had my account frozen, then contacted Kuflink who told me it was an error with Mangopay and they would get back to me, Well I haven't had a reply yet......I have never in over 30 years gone over drawn with the bank so not at all happy

Awaiting response.. My issue has been addressed today via chat. It appears that there payment partner Mango pay Maygo pay has not been collecting funds in a timely manor. Than decided to collect the last 2 months worth. My Kuf Account balance has shown correct and loans paid and returns and reserve interest all correct as if payment was received. Basically i have been funded by kuf till Maygo pay woke up. Not to happy with paying OD charges but ..... All sorted now (for me ) apparently there will be a meeting with Maygo pay to discuss the issue. Note.. i do keep manual details of all my transactions, but never thought id have to go back 2+ months!

Hello, we have a few instances where clients have been affected by this issue and funds have not been debited from their bank account at the time of top up to their Kuflink wallet. The funds are received our end and processed to the wallet so clients can invest, however, the funds are then not being debited from their bank account for a number of days which understandably is then causing some queries to be raised with us.
We are in communications with our payments partner and they have today confirmed they believe this issue to now be resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused to some of our investors.

A £1000 debit card wallet top up I made on 22nd Nov last year didn't get debited (Mangopay) from my bank a/c until 24th Feb this year. Then, a week or so later, the same transaction got debited by Mangopay for a second time. Kuflink are aware and apparently dealing with this, but haven't communicated for several days now, despite being sent a reminder about this issue. My advice would be to take very careful note of all Mangopay transactions and make sure they're correct. Despite previous assurances that the issues had been resolved this is clearly not the case and Mangopay still seem to be incompetent.
