16th of March, just surprised by a mangopay collection of a card transaction from the 23rd of February. don't know how these people have a license to operate financial transactions. A £1000 debit card wallet top up I made on 22nd Nov last year didn't get debited (Mangopay) from my bank a/c until 24th Feb this year. Then, a week or so later, the same transaction got debited by Mangopay for a second time. Kuflink are aware and apparently dealing with this, but haven't communicated for several days now, being sent a reminder about this issue. My advice would be to take very careful note of all Mangopay transactions and make sure they're correct. Despite previous assurances that the issues had been resolved this is clearly not the case and Mangopay still seem to be incompetent. Yes this is a reoccurring mangopay issue, Spoke to Kuff several times about it. "a Stiff worded meeting between kuff and mangopay was said to have happened. On the lender plus side, we enjoy interest on funds whilst not actually funding kuff, on the downside, a late and unexpected Exodus of bank funds can cause bank charges.

Are you asking for a reason? They seem to have done this to me yesterday, only with a string of unauthorised withdrawals from my account (which would look to match payments previously made, but delayed at the time). Helpfully putting me overdrawn on the account. Having had a phone call with 'Kuflinks man in charge' about a recent delayed payment/withdrawal on Friday I suspect it could be hard work getting resolution. He seemed to have little grasp of how serious a problem this is.

Yes, I eventually got my money back. It took six weeks of me badgering Lisa Holmes for some resolution on this and much pressuring between her and Mangopay to get it settled and finally get the cash repaid. I think I would have stood little chance of them repaying without her intervention. She did intimate at the end of the episode that they were intending to drop Mangopay from their payments arrangements, clearly this hasn't happened as yet. I can only advise that you keep up the pressure on Kuflink and that it may take some time to get your cash back. All pretty unsatisfactory really, I'm amazed Kuflink are still dealing with this incompetent outfit...

Extremely disturbing as Mangopay has access to our CC details and is withdrawing money unauthorized. I went overdrawn as well with fees payable.

Yeah, i will be keeping up the pressure and if it is not done in a timely manner than the fraud dept will get involved. My bank said Kuflink is responsible for sorting it out and if they do not then it leave itself open for a fraud investigation.

If anyone else`s account had unauthorized debits Friday July 22nd please note it here, to help highlight the extent of malpractice by Mangopay.

I've been trying to avoid using the word 'fraud' about Mangopay's activities, but I have to admit, given their repeated attempts to double-debit payments from peoples accounts, it's beginning to look increasingly suspicious. Any further payments I make to Kuflink will be via a direct bank transfer, would advise others to do the same.

I don't know- possibly a question best directed to your bank. It is concerning however that they may still have access to my bank account - I'm not sure if Kuflink monitor this forum, but surely it's time to remove the Mangopay option from the website given the extent of these "errors"?

Maybe tagging kuflinkirlisa and kuflink a few times might gain their attention. Given the possibly small pool of posters on here, I suspect this has happened to a great many people this weekend. It needs sorting urgently.

I didn't know they can just replay an old transaction months later without my authorisation.

Have spent the last hour matching bank debit trans to kuff account statement. Everything tallies up from march 8th to 18th july 2022. If i remember correctly on the 15th march mgp took 2 payments from my account, that were from a few months prier(Jan and early feb i think so in essence i had 2 months credit). Kuff phoned me and explained that this was mgp, not them, and was to have strong words ect as this practice of taking payment weeks after a transaction was not ideal. So from that point on i have kept an eye on my kuff payments ect.
