Rollover option for Tranche A in the new refinanced loan launched today, Self Select option for all tranches offered early next week. To dot the i's and cross the t's...To holders of loans in Tranches B and C: - loans in these tranches in the current Balby I*** loan cannot be rolled-over into the upcoming Balby I*** Refinance loan. These tranches will be repaid to lenders after the refinance loan has been drawn down. Only loans in Tranche A will be offered for roll-over in the refinance loan. Current lenders have until 17:30 on Monday 18-Sep to submit a request for roll-over in Tranche A. Note: this is one of Proplend's larger loans (and the refinance loan has larger tranches than the original loan) so there should be slices of Tranche A available for Always-On lenders (& possibly Self-Select lenders) and all of Tranche B for Self-Select lenders after Proplend formally announce the availability details. Self-Select lenders will have to fund their cash accounts before the refinance loan is drawn down and before the original loan is repaid.

Why no rollover for tranche B. It's bigger than the old tranche.
