EasyMoney have a free cashback bonus until 31 January 2022. £250 on a £20k investment etc. I'm not sure if one can also get the £200 from using a cashback site like TopCashback? The only review on TopCashback states: "They waited nearly one and a half years to reject my cashback claim for no reason." Talking of rewards, does the 'easyMoney plus card' have any genuine discounts that are easy to benefit from? Or is it the usual trite that you have jump through a hundred hoops to potentially - if the tracking works and there are no admin issues - save 50p? Most importantly, what has performance and returns been like for anybody already investing with EasyMoney? The returns are relatively low at 4.53% or 5.52%. Is this more akin to a LoanPad investment or a CrowdProperty/Kuflink one? The statistics on the website are interesting. Thoughts on the metrics there? I always take such data with a pinch of salt, as P2P providers typically very cannily hide the information that doesn't reflect well on them. What ratio of current loans are first charge compared to second charge? Is the advertised average LTGDV of 62.94% accurate? Thanks.I didn't use Topcashback , I went through Easy Money and got the cashback after 12months. The Easymoney plus card hasn't been used. Performance has been as advertised and is similar to Loanpad in that you don't have a choice in where your money is invested. Just over 95% of my money is invested in 1st charge property. My average LTGDV is 57.23%. As for the metrics, it says no losses which I have no reason not to believe but past performance is no guarantee of future results. I have been with Easymoney since July 2021 and interest is paid monthly and I feel confident about Easymoney.

The perks that come with £1000 investment is access to Lifeworks (is that the card?) It's an app (maybe website), very easy, standard cashback like TCB but more usefully e-vouchers/tickets you just buy & use. As per my quarterly updates, counting the perks as a return boosts the return significantly (eg 2-3% of most supermarket vouchers) & cashback on top if you use a CB card to buy vouchers etc.

Highest LTGDV is under 67.6%. My current mix has less than 1% second charge loans, rest are first charge.

A big chunk got repaid in September, now 1/8 of investment awaiting investment. That doesn't sound right. All my funds are invested, including the interest that I received a couple of days ago. Make sure that your account is set up to reinvest Capital and Interest on the "Manage Income" tab of the app or website. When Capital is paid I would like this to be: * Automatically re-invested * Returned to available balance

 Also fine for me.

I had the same experience as benaj. Loan repaid leaving funds idle, despite having my account set to re-invest capital repayments. After 2 days I withdrew the funds and invested elsewhere.

I have never used the card so not a great loss to me. I have been invested with easymoney for quite a long time now but am new to this board. I have never used the card either so I will not miss it. I am also quite surprised that this easymoney board does not seem to have much footfall, other P2P forum pages seem more populated. Anyone know the reason for this?

I tried it (some time ago) I thought the rates were rather low and funds didn't seem to diversify well. My first deposit went to one borrower. I thought I might use the perks, but I didn't find them very useful so gave up after a while.

For me it's because their rates have always been too low when compared to their competitors. Some seem to make up for this via the use of their discount card, but even that's going now.

Perhaps it's because their name is EasyMoney not Easy Money as in the thread title!
It looks like they are part of the Easyjet brand or a barefaced mis-representation. Notwithstanding, they are not mentioned by 4thway and I would never hand over money based on marketing or a website blazoned with Easy Money or EasyMoney - research data unavailable. Oh aye and the low return rates.
