Paid into my account about 17.00 today. Now heading out of Wellesley again towards my Christmas booze fund..... Small update. All transactions showing as expected on Wellesley's website. BACS payments actioned on Dec 17th (I pushed the button after close of business on the 16th) to arrive at my bank on December 21st.

Have still not received an email. Account has been credited with all the Mini Bonds expected payment, 41.5% of the expected property Mini Bonds payment, and none of the expected P2P payments- have emailed this morning pointing this out and asking when the rest will be credited (which is circa £11k, so needed!). Automated reply saying "dealing with high volume of enquiries"- not surprised! Will update if balance credited, or if I get a better reply. Anyone else had a similar pattern of receipts? (particularly the 41.5% Property Mini Bonds?).

Same here 41.5% of anticipated payment received for Property Mini Bond.
0.0% received for Property Bond.
Glad I am not alone, please keep me updated with the response from Wellesley.

Exactly the same here, 41% Mini Bond, 0% P2P. It does say in the email (payment confirmation received on the 16th Dec) that the 41% is from the CVA agreement and the rest is to follow from somewhere else....Fingers crossed!

Darren
Also glad I am not alone! Suggest if either of us hear anything we post straight-away. Obvious concern around the 41.5% - but would have assumed there would be some form of communication it there was a shortfall in funds. Fingers crossed this is just administrative inefficiency.
Wellesley has just been a litany of stress, financial loss, and high blood-pressure.
Here is hoping for some reassurance quickly

Thanks MM- and thanks for quoting the email- not received here- but that does sound marginally reassuring

Still no email, still no sign of the other 59.5% of the expected Property Mini Bonds Payment, still none of the expected P2P payments, and no response to my email to them of yesterday asking (politely) what is going on. It is fair to say that the payments are only due in December, so there is plenty of time left for this to be resolved- however our history with Wellesley is not such that confidence is in great supply. It is certainly leading to a more-stressed run-up to Christmas than I would like.

Yes it would be nice to recieve an update regarding the other payments. Considering this is the largest payment to be paid under the p2p cva, I'm getting a bit nervous that the "we regret to inform you" e mail might be recieved. Hopefully I'm wrong and just worrying too much. I'm sure we could all use this money, especially at this time if year.

Nothing yet, last payment for me was 22/6/21.
Checking their website is a real pita (new site, classic site, logs you right out if you get any part wrong).
The info seems to be buried in the new site under 'recent activity' and will show as 'money in' when it finally arrives. Then you have to move it out or it will just sit there. However the payment plan is buried in the 'classic site' under 'CVA Documents' and then 'Payment Selection Confirmation' whatever that is meant to mean. When you finally get it, it has no dates simply says payment Dec-21.

I am now reconciled to not hearing anything until the 30th. As has been pointed out in an email (which I still haven't received) the initial December payment came from one entity, and the balance is due from another. Assuming Wellesley have any control over the entity that hasn't paid I am sceptical that they will give us back OUR money any earlier than they need to.
That does of course suppose that they intend to give it back at all.
With £11k still awaited from the December payment I am even more hacked off than usual with this bunch. I emailed them on Monday- no reply. They have cost me many tens of thousands- no apology (always someone else's fault) , and now the partial repayment on my money is uncertain as to timing or recoverability.
I hope someone from Wellesley reads this and thinks "you know what, we have behaved like prize fu***rs, lets up our game and start acting properly" - some chance.
Best wishes to all fellow sufferers- and fingers crossed that the next communication is that the money is in our accounts, not that "we regret to inform you that the dog has eaten your money- nothing to do with us you understand".

Finally got a response from Resolution Compliance, didnt say very much except we will e mail you when funds are available. Seems they are are an outsourced company Wellesley use and they seem to have no more info until they are advised. I've got a bad feeling about this but as another poster says.. they have until end if December.
