I don't. But remember that £100 will count as this year's IFISA contribution, you're only allowed to contribute new money to one ifisa, one cash isa and one stocks+shares isa per year.

Yeah, I have fallen prey to that before, but the good news is HMRC don't care.....as long as you don't go over the total amount of £20k. In fact they sent mw £50 for not being able to answer my question about it in the allotted time.
It is the only addition I have made this year so that is OK. Happy new year

I'd call that a bombshell, are HMRC saying we can put 5k into 4 x P2P IFISAs every year contrary to the rules. Have you seen this in writing anywhere ?
Or are HMRC saying that they will overlook a mistaken deposit as long as it doesn't happen again?
The current rules are a PITA.

HMRC " I am also sorry for the unhelpful responses we have provided when you have tried to better understand your situation. I can see it has been frustrating for you. This is not the level of service that you are entitled to expect from us. I have found some information that may help however I am unable to comment on your individual situation and I hope this explains why. When more than one of the same type of ISA has been paid into in a tax year, there is no need for the taxpayer to try and correct the situation. Even though the ISA rules have been breached, in the event you have not exceeded the overall limit of £20,000, then it is unlikely that we will take any action and we will allow you to retain both ISA’s and its subscriptions. If the £20,000 limit is exceeded, our Savings and Audit compliance department are responsible for dealing with the over-subscriptions to ISA’s. Banks are required to submit an annual report to HMRC each year and it is from that information we make our determinations. A full review will made after the end of the tax year once banks have submitted their annual reports to us and, if appropriate, we will send you an advisory letter. There would be nothing myself or the colleagues you spoke to when contacting us could have done other than note your record. I can confirm your record has been noted. In summary, there is nothing that can be done at the present time. You will be contacted by HMRC when the information regarding the over-subscription has been received from your bank(s)" Never heard a word and I had added funds to about 8! I haven't tried it since and I didn't do it on purpose.

I think I need to..... In case anyone else has just signed up and is also confused.... the Transferred ISA goes to "Prev Yrs ISA wallet", new funds go to "General wallet" and only Interest goes to "new ISA wallet" although I don't think that's true because mine hasn't, its gone to General. Although it is all under an ISA umbrella. And you cannot mix your funds. So if you want £500 of a deal and you have £400 from TRF ISA and £100 in General you have to do 2 deals. And if you want to buy on the market place with your transferred ISA, forget about it, you can't. It doesn't make much sense really, with Proplend anything goes, so it can't be necessary to have these restrictions. As a matter of interest, if I were to buy on the market place, would I have to buy the whole amount offered or can you buy part of it?

If you want to be able to sell part of your loan in an investment then you need to have had the foresight to have bought in multiple parts. I.e. if you buy a £1k loan part you would only be able to sell the whole £1k. But if you bought two £500 parts in the same loan you would be able to sell one or both of them.

I opened a General account a couple of years back and now I wish to increase my investment in Kuflink but with a select invest IF ISA. It doesn't seem to allow an IF ISA account to be created alongside a General Account or am I missing something?

I managed to add a Select Invest ISA fairly recently, but can't recall what I did to achieve it. Probably best to give CS a ring.

Cs told me to do this.
Please log into your existing account and head the Auto IF-ISA page. On this page you will be asked to enter your National Insurance number and taken through some Terms of Agreement relating to ISA.
But I do not have an Auto IF-ISA page anywhere only an "AUTO" tab and nothing about an ISA on there.

Same for me. Clicking the "Auto IF-ISA" tab takes me to the invest.kuflink.co.uk/product/ifisa page.

Not on mine there isn't. Iv'e tried 3 different browsers. When I click on your invest.kuflink.co.uk/product/ifisa it just flashes and same dashboard screen comes up with no ISA. Mind you I did have a problem before with no debit card function until they fixed it.

How slow is your internet?? i suggest you ring or use the chat feature to contact kuff they are usually very helpful through either channel within office hours.
