All the new loans have valuations for cooling_dude (and the rest of us) to get our teeth into, as has the single farm now. Meanwhile, back in Hull ...  Bedtime reading material  ... Is it sad that I actually enjoy reading them....

Personally I don't usually bother with much more than a quick browse until they acquire a number. I don't mind reading up and doing DD, but only when it's going to be useful, quite a few in the pipeline get pulled.

I don't mind reading up and doing DD, but only when it's going to be useful, quite a few in the pipeline get pulled. I used to be in the same frame of mind, but that was when SS gave 48hrs notice. Now they only give 24hrs, there's much less time to do DD. TBH though, I often don't look into the details until a Go Live e-mail is sent.

PBL - Flat in Maida Vale, London (tiddler 236k) has now dropped off the pipeline ..............
and PBL - Leisure Village & Fisheries, Clitheroe has moved on to Stage 2

I sure plenty of others will go for it and now would be a great time for them I can see the documents magically arriving and the notice going out today about 3 million hanging around looking for new home will dent it nicely might even make a dent into the loan on MT that hasnt filled yet
