And now another new entry at number two... A grade II listed property in Blackburn. First charge £963,000 loan against a valuation of £1.495m (64%). (Sneaks in under the £1m limit so should keep the 'bottom uppers' happy. Maybe makes up for the fisheries gaming ) |

I reckon about the £150 mark. I may have been over-optimistic. It depends on how many smaller investors there are who want less than £200. Note with PBL91 that £304,500 divided by 1248 is £244 but the maximum allocation was £295. So there may be an uplift from the average. Of course with the tiddlers the only route to a larger holding is on the SM. I'm now up to £4,200 with PBL091 and somehow with PBL086 (£158,533 loan, £150 max allocation) I've managed to get over £11,000!

I've managed to increase my PBL091 holding to £787, but I've never managed to be fast enough to pick up any more of PBL086.

be a good time for them to release one as one just payed back Well, touch rabbit foot, wood, four leaf clover etc, whisper it quietly but Hull valuation due today and will launch on receipt apparently, pinch of salt, temperature drop in hell etc Seems like the weather in hell has been remarkably stable over the past week. I'm not desperate for this loan but savingstream, I am curious as to what is happening.
